I ordered at 6:06am. If I get my order on Friday I’ll buy you a beer.ya'll with preparing to ship stress about the smallest things lol smh....here's a bit of info...if you ordered before 9am on pre order day, you WILL receive your phone if you ordered through AT&T... if it says preparing to ship, no need to keep chatting/checking....you're fine.....

UPDATE! As of 8:55PM CST my Silver 256GB ordered at 3:17 EST has now moved to "PREPARING TO SHIP"!

64GB Silver, ordered 10/27 @ 9am PST, yes that says 9am Pacific and it is reading preparing to ship.
I ordered a 64GB silver well after launch on 10.27 @ 9am PST. Mine flipped to "Preparing to Ship" on 10/29, but it is still showing an estimated 2nd-10th. So what do you guys think, if I'm preparing to ship already should I get it on Friday the 3rd? Technically it IS in that window...
I ordered my 64gb Space Grey on the 27th at 11:36 am EST. I never got a confirmation email so I called the support today and they had me go to a website to confirm the terms and conditions. Mine shows 12/4-12/18 shipment date and is still "In Progress". However, the rep on the phone told me that it showed her mine is expected to ship on 11/3. She was very surprised, as she said most were pushed back until December. Hopefully she is right and I will get it this Friday!

I spoke to an agent about accepting the T&C from the link they provided, and nothing showed, and said it couldnt find my order. The agent stated that, in that case, my order is good to go....Let's hope so.

I got my order in at 4am, and I think it would have been cancelled by now if everything wasn't copacetic.

We’re in the same window. After getting the reservation message from Apple after many error messages and refreshes my husband told me he was so annoyed he didn’t care if he got it anymore. I couldn’t sleep so I ended up on the att website a couple of hours later and got a SG 64 for him at 5:58 EDT. Later that day he received a text saying it was preparing to ship, but online it still says in progress for 11/2-10.
I also have the 11/2-11-10 ship date but I’m still “in progress”. It’ll get here when it gets here. Tbh I thought I’d be looking at a December ship date since I ordered at 10am est on the 27th

I have not received Prep for shipping, yet. Placed my order at 9:42 am PT. I have shipping from November 2nd to 10th.

So odd, I too ordered before the initial drop at 2:44AM EST. My order isn't showing up on the account, manually entering the order number in AT&T Order Status gives In Progress / Delivery Date 11/3 (how it's been since placing the order), however, I received an email earlier today saying it was on backorder, but they'll ship earlier than processing.
Texting *6737# says "The items in your order are currently on back order, and we will notify you by email as soon as these items ship."
Odd how it'd be backordered if it went through before launch and there are people showing preparing for shipment after me. Unless it's the model/color thats reliant.

Thats odd because I always had a 11/3 ship date. That email came in before the 3 oclock drop.
The bulk orders will be leaving China later today to arrive in Fort Worth, Tx by Thursday morning and be turned around and shipped out for overnight delivery on Friday 11/2.
