Don’t worry. You will still get it Friday. My one phone Silver 256 at 12:15pst shows in progress on that screen but if I log in to look at my other order from 12:11, this one shows as preparing for shipment and if I text the order status it shows back order. So I’m not sure it means much to be “in progress”

Mine shifted to ‘preparing to ship’ with the same shipping window 11/2-11/10. I ordered at 7:07 am ET. 256 g Silver

When I dial the *6737# it now says on backorder

Mine is the same way says preparing to ship on the item status then if you hit the manage order button that page says in progress.

Has to be something about being a premier order and it just not updating cause I find it VERY odd that a lot of people on here ordered the same exact model later than me and are in the preparing to ship status...

happened to me last night, mofos cancelled my order without even contacting me to clarify this issue but there wasn't any issue at all with the address, they've been sending their bills to it for years now

Mine is PREMIER and im in prep to ship and Nov 3 delivery

Yeah I think premier just isn’t updating statuses correctly.

Per the reps of ATT I wouldnt hold your breath, that seems to be the second batch. Unless it says Nov 3 I would stay patient. good luck 🙂

My has been saying "Preparing to Ship" since Tuesday evening. I checked by texting *6737# and message says back ordered, and I will receive an email when shipped.🙁

Ordered iPhone X 64GB Silver ATT by 3:10am Friday. For some reason got a delivery window of Nov 17-24 (smh). Just got charged tax today (nov 1) and order moved to "Preparing to Ship". Good sign I'll get way ahead of my delivery window?

Might have just found something... I received an email a few hours ago from FedEx saying that I have a delivery coming tmrw. It looked like it was shipped from New Jersy and is 1lb. I'm not expecting any deliveries tmrw, so maybe its my phone? Fingers crossed.
