AT&T is utter crap, they cancelled my order for some bull crap invalid address issue last night. They've been using the same address for years to send my bill, smh

No need to be a douche. I've ordered my last 6 phones from ATT around 8am eastern in-store and picked up launch day without issue (couldn't be home to sign for the package).

Side note:

Ordered online 7:03am eastern, 256, silver. Showing 11/2-11/10 in progress.

People who ordered the same config hours after me have 11/3 delivery so anything is possible.

one of my orders has a ship date that says nov 1-2nd. It doesn't have a delivery date only a ship date.

I pre-ordered in my local AT&T store around 9:15 am EST. As of right now, still showing "in progress" with estimated ship date 11/2-11/10. Still hopefully ill be able to pick it up on Friday!

AT&T also sent me that "Stream Saver" garbage email, and I didn't even order an AT&T iPhone X (instead I got T-Mobile model and avoiding the activation fee). Seriously, AT&T should not automatically activate this lower quality 480 res feature on grandfathered unlimited data plan customers like myself. This could be the straw that broke the camel's back. We're about to move my family plan to Verizon Beyond Unlimited for the better speed and coverage. $10/month for unrestricted video streams or maybe just use my VPN service for net neutrality.

Also to add on that... I saw no movement at all which was really wierd cause I knew not many people pre-ordered the iPhone 8. It was till 3am on Sept 21 (Thursday) that I got an email with a tracking number for UPS. Also I am glad to see many with the change of status on the order page but for most of us thats worthless. About two weeks ago I ordered 2 iPhone 8 plus for two of my lines and on the order staus webpage it still shows its processing lol which I recieved them the following day after ordering.

I live in NorCal, but got an update today! Talked to someone in chat, and he claims I should get it by Friday! He however couldn’t offer me a tracking number.
