I ordered my Silver 6+ 128G at 12:54am MST and I have not had any notification of shipping. I have checked on the Premier site as well as the regular AT&T site. I did call the 877 number and it no longer says backorder. I am afraid to try to cancel my order as my local Apple store has 64G SG in stock. But I think I am going to hold out. FWIW I am in Boise.
They sent an email this morning at 7:37AM EST.
seems like they are shipping certain phones...i've seen alot of 128gig iphone +'s being shipped for monday....sucks that my 64gig iphone plus isn't shipping
So what are you planning then? As already explained to you by someone who works in a corporate store, the people working in the store A). aren't the ones who made you wait, B). can't give you any additional information, and C). can't do anything to give you a plus or make your order come any faster. So why make them and the other customers listen to your ****?
I've never had anything but great customer service and never gotten anything less than 110% from the store employees.
What you're proposing is not fare to the store employees working their asses off or the customers.
You are not the only one in this boat there were AT LEAST a dozen on line who I knew also had a back ordered 6+ (my self included), and there is at least a store every few miles in my area. None of us made a scene or raised hell.
Do as we did, go to a corporate owned store, play with both models, you might like the 6 (I did), you may not. Then you have to do what the store manager told all of us in the same situation... Basically go play with both phones and decide if you're going to wait for your pre order OR if you like the 6, pick one up in the store (assuming this option is still available at this stage).
One quick thing, Fedex reference number was random and had nothing to do with anything which is stupid, and I just got text from ATT saying order shipped. So 7:37AM EST for email and 11:22AM EST for text, so you know which one to expect first.

Still no update, can't cancel my order even though my local apple store has the plus I want, call the toll free number and says it's in "back order" and the site says preparing to ship.
I still don't understand why I can't cancel and order that's clearly not even in the process of being shipped.

Do you mean that the photos make it look smaller than it really is? Is it that big? I already have the Spigen Tough Armor case for this (BTW that case is amazing and Spigen makes awesome cases), and it looks big, but not that big.

Went to the Apple Store this morning to see how it was in the hand. I have medium-large hands, but it felt great to me and I can really see how the extra screen real estate will be nice. Fit in my pockets fine too.
Bottom line, I don't think people will be missing the 3.5inch size after they start using a plus. Phones are used for a lot more than calling these days..

I canceled my pre order late last night, got immediate upgrade restoration and was able to order a phone for pickup today.
Decided to get silver instead of space gray--I think that's why it was available.
You guys keep checking availability on the Apple Store app--I think you will be able to get your phone in a few days at the latest.
