Text message about my order being processed wasn't until Saturday 9/13 ~9:00AM

I think it was Monday when my estimated shipping range went from 10/13-10/22 down to 10/2-10/13 and it's been there ever since. :/
 
My 128 Space Gray 6+ still hasn't moved and no updates. It seems they are the most elusive iPhone right now. I picked up a 128 Silver 6+ at the store today and cancelled one of my orders once I verified availability. The only Apple Store that had 128 6+ SG within 300 miles of me was the Apple Store in Chicago and I wasn't going to drive 2 hours to maybe get a phone :)

Good luck to everyone and I hope the 128 SG 6+ start moving soon!

- Tried to cancel pre-order this AM to get it locally, but couldn't do so. AT&T Premier Rep (at 866-499-8008, Option 2 - yes, they are open today) told me that I couldn't cancel as the order was being shipped (honestly I was very skeptical, but had no choice)
- Received tracking email (and can see the update on the website) at 08:25 AM PST

That is definitely good news! Maybe that means that the SG are starting to move and hopefully I won't be too far behind you!
 
Has anyone with a Business Premier account (ie you own the business) had any success with buying through Apple? The site errors out but the Apple store employee seems convinced they can do it. I don't want to drive an hour to find out they're wrong....
 
Rechecked my status this morning after a few people said the got updates. No go for me. I ordered are 3:30 EST on the 12th. Frustrated with everybody else. My dad got his 6 yesterday :(
 
This may sound like a dumb question, but if Apple's website says "Available In Store Pick up" for the phone I want (Verizon now, not AT&T bc they suck) does that mean I will definitely have that phone today? We drove by the Apple Store and a huge line.. I just don't want to get screwed over already how I have been with AT&T


Yes. I randomly found my local store had stock the morning and I was guaranteed one. You have to make sure you get the confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup.
 
For those of you who aren't reading though every page (can't blame ya) I cancelled my ATT order last night and ordered on apple website and it's already ready for pickup.

Couple things I was told last night at the Apple store that may be of help to someone else:
1: Apple rep told me that store inventory updates at 11pm PST so to go home and keep refreshing and try to order that way. She said it would be the same inventory I'd have a shot at is if I was waiting in front of the store. True to her word, at 11:30pm PST, stores in my area started popping up with availability. She also said they were expecting shipments throughout the day so to keep trying if I didn't get it right away.
2: ATT reps were in the Apple store and he brought up my account to make sure I could cancel it. He looked up my account and went to a field called 'Parked' and said that my pre-order wasn't showing 'Parked' that there WASN'T EVEN A DEVICE TIED TO MY PRE-ORDER YET. What that absolutely meant to me was I would have just been foolishly waiting for the next days/weeks to get my pre-midnight pre-order phone.


Woke up this morning to my email saying my order was ready for pickup! I really hope the rest of you get your phones soon!!!! And yes, I officially dropped ATT and headed to Verizon because of this :)

Went from Back Ordered to Processing on 877 #

My order went from Back Ordered to Processing on the 877 # last night....does that mean anything? :rolleyes:

Nope I ordered at 1:52 CT and still nothing.... In the 10/2 -10/13 club! :mad:

I ordered at 11:53pm PST on September 11. Phone still has not shipped. Currently showing estimated ship date of Oct 2

I ordered 15 min before midnight...still no tracking number. However my order did go from backordered to processding on the 877 # overnight.
Premier Website still says processing.....
Att website says preparing to ship
877 finally says processing instead of backorder.

Sounds like you're about to get a tracking number like the others.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that I am back from the apple store and I highly suggest you all do the same thing. I cancelled my bulls**** AT&T order this morning at 7:00 sharp and quickly reserved my 6+ SG 64gb at an apple store an hour away. Got there at 9:00 and was the 1st in line for pick ups. There was a pretty long line to get into the store as a regular customer and they weren't letting them in until 10:00.

Got in, got out and best of all....I'm not waiting on the nonsense of AT&T anymore!

GO DO THIS IF YOU CAN!!!!

What color was the phone you got through ATT? Can you verify what Fedex used for a reference number (cell phone, order #, etc?)

The AT&T phone was a Gold 64GB 6+. According to the packing slip, the order was entered on 9/14 at 20:09, picked on 9/15 at 05:14, and was delivered on 9/19 at 14:45, no signature required but I heard the front door bell ring and grabbed the package off the porch as the delivery guy was walking away...

Unfortunately the upgrade phone number, AT&T order #, AT&T invoice #, Ship ID and Fedex tracking number are all different and really have nothing in common. The only way I found out the phone has shipped was when I logged into att.com and checked on my order status.
