AT&T Pre-order status

I wouldn't go that far! You never know. From what I see on here I am a lot further along on the signs of them being here then some people...

I think the most impressive part of this story would have to be how he tried to get an early release after being 6 feet under for 2 years.

I got two of those overnight. I am pretty sure you get those every time you get a new device and the IMEI number and new sim card are put into the system.

Convo I just had with a rep online..10 mins ago.

Maria: I do show that your order has been received successfully.

Maria: All I Phones orders that are successfully processed will be shipped on September 19, 2014; in the order that pre-orders were received.

Maria: Please expect a possible delay as this product is in high demand. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking and carrier information.

Maria: The shipping dates that you see are an automated message. For example, if we need more information on your order.

Me: By the order they are received do you mean the time they are ordered or do you mean after all the system straightened it out?

Me: Cause I think it finally all got straightened out on Sat but I ordered 39 mins after the open

Maria: That is correct. I do show that this order is being processed. Since no additional information is needed; your order is heading in the right direction.

Maria: You will receive an email on, or before September 19, 2014 with exact tracking information.

Me: Sorry, which one is correct? you go by when they were ordered (for me 39 mins after?) sorry just trying to clarify..

Maria: The orders will be in the order they are successfully processed, not ordered online. So for this order, no additional information was needed. Your order should not experience delays due to this.

Well, I don't know about getting it Friday, but hopefully next week. Fingers crossed!!:p

My info:Ordered two iPhone + (gold and silver) 64gb
39 mins after open (gold) 1hr 6 mins after open (silver)

Silver Delivery changes: 14-21 days (email conf) -> 11/9-11/27 (stayed the same)

Gold Delivery changes: 14-21 days (email conf) -> 11/9-11/27 -> 10/2 -10/13 (hasn't changed)

No My choice dates yet/ no transaction number either

Current status: Website: preparing to ship; Text: Processes order XXX and it has been sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Still hoping for a this week delivery considering I ordered my gold one in less than 40 mins.

well i already saw one and posted it as well. and i think you have michael jackson confused with shaq lol. it was shaq offering to buy a phone early or something.

When you check your status online, what is your shipping date... I have 9/17-9/18 so I'm still hoping to get it friday

Athina : After reviewing the information you supplied I see your chatting in regards to your shipping date. Any order ordered on 9/12 or 9/13 should be receiving their orders on 9/19. Customers are seeing pushed back dates because our system is on a default setting and when the website was getting a lot of orders put in, it automatically pushed the dates back. You should have nothing to worry about and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Athina : Okay I confirmed it does say in the system it was ordered 9/12 so you should be receiving your phone on 9/19.
Kevin :for ORDER NUMBER: "First Order Number"- if I'm to receive it by Friday- shouldn't I have gotten a tracking number by now?
Athina : They usually send out a tracking number once the order is about to be shipped in a confirmation email.
Kevin :sure, i understand but wouldn't it of needed to be shipped by now for a 9/19 delivery date?
Athina : Not if it's overnight shipping. It wont be shipped out till tomorrow or the next day maybe.

My cancel button has been gone since late night the 12th and has been stuck in preparing to ship. But it's a premiere order I believe, so maybe it's different? Either way I've tracked every phone number possible through fedex and used ups my choice and tracked by reference there.. nada. my expected ship date is oct 13th to the 31st. I could wait an extra week, but that long would be too ridiculous. Specially for just a 6 64gb space grey and not a plus.

See thats what mine says as well...

I expect by tomorrow night they will show as shipping with track #'s

or on Fedex or UPS sites if you search correctly.

Thats the good thing with fedex and UPS, once a label is created it shows up on their system and can be viewed by the shipper and person receiving the package.

Bottom line to me is no matter what ATT says if it aint in the fedex or UPS system in aint comin'
