How did you find it! just to make sure this was an att order?
Just got off the phone with an AT&T rep. Pretty much, the iphones are being shipped out on the 19th which means it will be very rare to get it on Friday. He recommended to me that if your status does not say shipped and you do not have a tracking number. Go to any store friday morning that will be selling them and buy it there and have at&t cancel your preorder.
It seems that ATT just gave up with actually looking up the orders cause she asked me for the dates

Same thing happened with me.. The rep told me it would be shipped out on the 19th, I said.. "but my account says it'll be shipped out the 17th-18th, and she replied "oh, then that is more accurate"
I asked, "so I will get my phone on friday?" and she was like "yup!"
Many people received their iphone 4's a day early. Myself included.
I as well...however I think I tricked the system. I put the phone on hold at UPS and picked it up early. However I definitely had order info by now...

My cancel button is gone and I just spoke to Premier rep. She told me that my orders looked good to go and not to mind the ship dates posted on their site. She let me know that my two orders were setup to ship with FedEx two day service. Phones have not shipped yet, but she said because of how early my order was placed, I should not be waiting until October for my orders. In fact, she said I could feel good about getting it really soon.

Good luck with that! I tried to cancel mine all day on 9/12 from work and I even reached the cancellation page, but in the end what happens? I get text twice from AT&T saying "congratulations your order has been processed". And now my AT&T account shows 2 different orders, one that I placed for the phone and another blank.
BTW, iphone 6 order says, processing will ship 9/17 - 9/18.
Where do I go to chat with an att rep online?
