Posted this earlier. I believe this is the email you get when you buy a new phone. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe you get this after new IMEI and sim are attached to your account and the upgrade process is complete. Searched through my emails and see all my old ones for all my devices. I got two of these emails this am, I ordered two iPhone 6 Plus's ten minutes before midnight launch.

I received mine also today. My customer service agreement has been updated to show my iPhone 6 associated with my line and includes my new Next contract for the iPhone6.

Good sign they have completed my order.

I have always had a ship range of 9/17-9/18 for a Space Gray 16 gb iPhone 6.

My order was completed by 1:55 am Central on the 11th but I still haven't seen any shipping info in either my UPS or FedEx accounts.

Thats the good thing with fedex and UPS, once a label is created it shows up on their system and can be viewed by the shipper and person receiving the package.

Bottom line to me is no matter what ATT says if it aint in the fedex or UPS system in aint comin'

Do you have your shipping dates correct? You ordered at 12:02am and the ship date isn't until November to January? That's gotta be wrong.

Word to the wise for those of you who upgraded from the NEXT plan. Check your card that you used for payment. I was upgrading from the NEXT plan and was going to buy the phone outright (didn't like the NEXT plan) and instead of the $199 plus tax I was charged $649 plus tax. I called and after an hour on the phone with a Premier representative I'm told it was a glitch in the system and this happened to a lot of people.

While I partially agree, even people with tracking showing up now show that ups had a tracking number in there systems and at least a arrival and departure scan before showing on the recipients my choice account. So not having a tracking number yet doesn't mean they aren't getting it friday imo
 
Most computer systems, such as AT&T and UPS, don't update in real time. They have to wait for the next system update. Depending on how the system is set up, that could be several times and hour or several times a day.

That tends to be why we see a lot of people posting that there's just showed up all in a row.
 
Ordered at 3:30est Friday. Shipping date is 10/02-10/13 iPhone 6 plus silver.

I got an email from premier this morning about my recent iPhone purchase. Status says preparing to ship but mychoice shows nothing.

Happened to me too. I ordered iPhone 6 64GB under 2 year contract.

My card is pre-charged $356.xx = $299 + $749 * 7.5% (7.5% is my tax rate).

I will just wait until the charge is posted.
 
so exciting to see the Verizon thread sharing their Tracking updates and the fact that the site is showing them accurate shipping...

as a AT&T Customer....im "waiting"...

Customers are seeing pushed back dates because our system is on a default setting and when the website was getting a lot of orders put in, it automatically pushed the dates back. You should have nothing to worry about and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Athina : They usually send out a tracking number once the order is about to be shipped in a confirmation email.
Kevin :sure, i understand but wouldn't it of needed to be shipped by now for a 9/19 delivery date?
Athina : Not if it's overnight shipping. It wont be shipped out till tomorrow or the next day maybe.

So I called att directly to get some answers. The guy on the phone told me " It doesn't matter what time your ordered your phone." So I asked are you saying that someone who ordered a phone after me will get it before me, he said " that's exactly correct, The time and order date doesn't matter" So then I asked how to you determine who gets a phone on 9/19 vs Oct 13. He said "it's all computerized, and we have no way to adjust or change it" :eek: I didn't know what to even say at this point. I said thank you and hung up. I think someone at att should get fired for all those chaos.

I called as well just now: I told him there was no way to change my shipping he said the dates are just pre determined and they usually change when apple sends them stock responses. He also said that if it's preparing to ship it's waiting to leave the warehouse and hasn't been shipped out yet so no tracking number has been generated. He then pulled up my shipping info and it said 3-5 business days, and he had no way to change it :/ So it looks like I may not be getting a phone on Friday..
 
I just got off the phone with AT&T. I ordered my phone on AT&T's website at 1:30 am PT on Friday, since it was down the first hour and Apple was still down at that time. My shipping date was suppose to be in 14-21 business days according to the confirmation online, but after I received an email in the morning, it was set to ship between 11/9 - 11/27. When I called AT&T using 611 in my phone, a nice customer service agent gave some great info:

- If you ordered it before 5:00 am ET on Friday 9/12 - you will likely get the phone this next week, if not on the 19th.

- Apple gave them default dates to put in, or something like that, so the shipping dates are not accurate.

- They are suppose to notify me in the next few days with a shipping confirmation.

I am a business premier customer, but it sounds like this applies to everyone.

I told her that I wanted to cancel since the Apple website was quoting shipping dates a lot sooner. That was the reason she went into the in depth explanation stating I would likely get it in the first few days around the 19th, regardless of the shipping date being quoted.
