100% agree. There are a ton of moving parts in the ordering/fulfillment process and as you stared earlier, lots of people canceling, double ordering, etc.

Premier Business customer here. 128GB 6+ ordered. Shows Nov. ship date. My order was submitted 8:00am PST on first day of preorder. Thanks AT&T.....
They did it to me too.
I've been an AT&T customer for many years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. With my last two transactions, this latest one with the iPhone 6+, I've become more more frustrated being their a customer.
I am an AT&T Premier Business customer, so I was forced to go through AT&T to order online. Order went through by 3:15am (EST) and then went to the Apple Online Store and was able to reserve 2 spots through Apple, but the reservations expired despite trying ALL day back and forth on the phone between Apple and AT&T to complete that pre-order... no luck. Hate to be an the mercy of AT&T and would much rather go through Apple. Hope this gets fixed for the next go around. I'm with all of the other people who ordered a 6+ through AT&T, with an expected arrival of Oct. 13-22. One AT&T rep on the phone basically implied that they do not have a big stock on the 6 Plus models.
So far - im getting this "10/02/14 - 10/13/14*" (Iphone6 Plus Space Gray 64GB)
I did however get the congratulations text saying it been sent to the warehouse for shipment and it seems like it would be sent on time sooner depending on when it gets to the warehouse.

Ordered through Premier for a 64GB 6+, I don't recall exactly what time I ordered but it was within the first 30 minutes and I have been given a 10/31-11/11 shipping date estimate.
Also got two text messages from them yesterday evening.
It better say "shipped with tracking number xxxxxxxxx" on 9/17-9/18.

The may be charging sales tax on the full, unsubsidized value of the phone. It would surprise me, given that we're talking about Taxachusetts.

I logged into my ATT account at 2:55AM EST and all the choices for iPhone ordering were there already. The site was very slow but it was working and at least I was in. Some friends I was talking to at the time had trouble logging in or using the Apple Store.
I ordered a 6+ Space Grey 128GB thru ATT Next12.
My order status said 14-21 days at the time of the order and still does on the website.
I think Apple didn't expect the 6+ to outsell the 6.
I guess a few years of "Large Screen Envy" is the cause

Grandfathered-in Unlimited Data Plan...
The only reason I ordered thru AT&Ts site was the option of choosing to continue with my Unlimited Data Plan. This option was not available on Apples site that I saw, being grandfathered-in the Unlimited Plan needed to be done. Im paying the price with the delay in delivery, unhappy camper do to this.

If you ordered a 6 Plus from anywhere other than Apple, it's not coming on the 19th. The carriers were not allocated any launch day stock due to limited supply. Even before pre-orders began AT&T's website was showing a shipping estimate for the Plus of 10-14 days.

I waited 4 years to get an iPhone with a big screen so what's a few extra days.
I'm sure there are a ton of people working very hard to get those orders out ASAP as we speak.....
I ordered the iPhone 6 plus in gold three times through AT&T and each time they sent me an email an hour afterward after saying they canceled my order. I ordered at 3am and was asleep when they sent the first cancellation email. So I went from 9-19 to 11-9. Finally ordered through Apple.com which was still crashing yesterday at 4pm central time. I'll never order through ATT's website again.
This is not true. They were not, every initial email I received said it will be shipped and arrive on the 19th.
I order a 64 GB - space grey around 5am CST and initially got the email saying on or around 9/19. Like everyone has been saying, I just checked the AT&T Premier site and it says expected ship date between 10/13 - 10/31. Again, like everyone else, I'm like WTF!!!!

He said last year people were seeing 4 week ship times and then got the phone on the launch day or shortly after.
So I'm hopefully and not freaking out any longer. My friend did suggest waiting till Monday and calling AT&T to see. At this point, it is too early to call AT&T b/c stuff is still processing and Monday is technically a business day.

So is anyone getting it on the 19th? I ordered around 3.45 after the site came up finally (apple wasn't up still). So i got excited and placed all 3 iphone + orders and got the email saying 21-28 days.

You are correct. This was whispered into my ear early yesterday by an exec friend of mine at Apple. If you were Apple you would do the same.
Placed my ATT order through Premier when I read on the forums that ATT was open early. Had both my orders done (2x iPhone 6 64gb one silver and one space grey) completed before 2am central. My confirmations came at 2:02am and 2:11am central. Both were immediately "prepared for shipping" after the confirmation emails came and both are expected to arrive on 9/19/14.
That's not true at all. There were 6+ orders from Verizon that had a 9/19 shipping date.
I ordered my iPhone 6+ the minute the store would let me and my shipping info says 10/31-11/11. I could order the same phone from apple today and have it in 3-4 weeks. I hoping it's a problem with their computer system and my phone will arrive sooner.
