I ordered a 6+ off the Apple Store app at 3:30AM. On Apples website it still says "Processing Items". Does anyone else with a 9/19 delivery have this?

Also when I log into AT&T and click "my orders" it says:

"E0019: We were unable to find your order. If you have recently made a purchase, please verify your order confirmation number or search using your wireless number. You may also check your order status by dialing 877.782.8870."

Is this normal?
 
If you ordered a 6 Plus from anywhere other than Apple, it's not coming on the 19th. The carriers were not allocated any launch day stock due to limited supply. Even before pre-orders began AT&T's website was showing a shipping estimate for the Plus of 10-14 days.

Actually wrong. Ordered a 64GB 6 Plus from Verizon. Being shipped! Called *611 and the recording said "Your item was shipped with estimated arrival time of 2 business days" It will be held at the local facility until Friday, no doubt.

Yes, I ordered by 6+ at 2:30am CST and it was giving me that message until I got email confirmation. AT&T says it can take up to 24hrs for the status to update.
 
I simply hate that AT&T wont let you cancel it online, what if someone made a mistake and decides to pick on a different color/size etc, I noticed that i purchased a 16gb space grey plus instead of a 64gb, Nothing i can do but i guess i can switch it out at the store if needed for the right space size.
 
Iphone 6+......

When do you guys think we will get the next update that will give us an accurate time frame of when our iphone 6+ will arrive or some status? I feel like on the weekend we probably won't get any news. So I'm hopping we get some new news on Monday.
 
Billing Address Didn't Match - Now Ship Date Pushed To November

Ordered 5 min before launch at AT&T and thought I was good, except received txt next day saying had problem with order due to CC address.

Got 2x 128GB 6 Plus phones and ship dates were initially 14-21 days.

After getting through on the phone with them today the new ship date is 11/09/2014 to 11/27/2014.

I just ordered a second set of phones through Apple with a 3-4 week ship date.

How do I cancel the AT&T order? Apparently you can't do that as their website states the only way to do it is to refuse shipment or use the return label.

F AT&T, BTW.
 
I received two text messages too. Maybe they're sending us two phones for the price of one!

As i've seen all over this thread, it seems the shipping dates are inflated...and midweek next week, we will see more accurate shipping dates...if you ordered a I6, you're prob fine, all of us who ordered I6+'S will get ACCURATE shipping info by weds. or so
 
I got two messages at 9:00 am on Saturday. My credit card was fully charged by Friday night. 10/13 - 10/22 is my delivery date but I am praying for Friday.

Mine was pending charge yesterday, and this morning the charge has completely fallen off. I order a 64 +SG have a ship date of 10-13 to 10-22. So who knows. I ordered at 2:55am EST.

I really hope your right man! I just finished talking to someone from AT&T and they said the 6+ has a high chance of having late october and early November "release".
 
I checked my order status and it says 10/31-11/11. But I also noticed that the status hasn't been refreshed since yesterday morning. Hoping a good refresh!
 
This is what my AT&T says.... Ships on 10/31 but it's preparing for shipment. I ordered at 12:04am PST for the Iphone6+ 64GB Black. My debit card has been charged for the full amount plus a $399 hold.... AT&T says the $399 is temporary but the $476 charge was the price of the phone with tax and will remain charged. That would mean it's actually shipping and the estimate is a mistake! :cool:

I wonder how items like the 6 actually work when you preorder and there is an embargo until the 19th.

Has Apple already delivered inventory to ATT's warehouses? Or are they promising delivery by some date such as the 16th? Or does Apple actually handle the shipping, and charge ATT?
 
I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB in gold at 2:45 AM ET through the Premier site, a full 15 minutes before the site went live for customers. The site told me I would have a Sept 19th delivery date, my confirmation email came in at 2:50 AM ET, and it says 14-21 business days.

I don't understand how many units of the 6 Plus At&t has because it's ridiculous that the earliest orders don't have a Sept 19th shipping date.

you could cancel.. use your order ID and log in to check status and there should be a "cancel preorder" on the page.
 
I ordered around 11:54PM PST on September 11, although that is an estimate, I don't see a time stamp anywhere. I am a Premier customer, I don't know if that makes any difference, but about 2-3 minutes after completing my order I got an email that a 64GB iPhone 6 had been reserved for me.

My credit card has been charged for the full amount, plus a one dollar charge... weird. My order status page says preparing to ship, but it says it is expected to ship 9/17 or 9/18. I never received any texts.

It might be here 9/19, and then again it might not. Either way, it is out of my hands.

From what I see, no AT&T orders for the iPhone 6+ have a Sept. 19th delivery date. Mine is 10/31 but I've been charged and it says preparing for shipment. I placed mine at 12:04am pst

You should be able to cancel.. they have plenty of customers who need the phone other than someone rejecting shipment. I'd call and find out. I have a link to cancel preorder when I log in and check the status. Do you have a confirmation email?
