AT&T Pre-order status

They use both Ups & fed ex! I work for UPS and we get a ton of these.

No, not at all. I pay $127 a month for contract family plan of two iPhones with one 2gb and one unlimited data plans. I'm averaging 8-9gb between the two lines already.

If I was to switch to Mobile Share I would pay $155 and then $35 a month for each phone.

$127 vs $225?

Maybe after the initial batch.

Earlier this week they had quite a bit of product flown in from China. I'd wager they are trucking those around the country now.

So if you got in on the initial shipment they'll be coming from a US warehouse. Later than that, I do see them coming direct from china.

How is that? I had the exact same plan you did and was paying $168 per month, including a 20% discount. When I switched to the Mobile Share 10gb plan two months ago, my bill went down to $105.

Loophole? You think they will kick people off unlimited when they upgrade like verizon? Already thought of that. I have a 3rd line available on my family plan so for $10 a month I can add a line to use the phone as an upgrade for my line.

Sorry you pay too much bro. Maybe you should try T-mobile?

$50 for 550 mins
$30 for unlimited data line one
$20 for family unlimited texting
$10 for second line
$20 for 2gb data for line two
$$$ for taxes and fees
-20% discount from eligible portions of plan
= $127 a month.

$155 would include one line that upgraded before the update and one after so the extra $25 on top of the normal $130 for 2 lines. When you get new phones you add $70 to you total so either way it about $200 even with a discount.

And I grew up in a boys home so my dad was the State of Indiana. He was a billionaire that manages money poorly.

As soon as a phone is assigned to you, then a tracking number will appear, and then you will know when you're getting your phone. Until then, those shipping estimates might as well be for 2020, because they mean nothing.

Exactly. The dust will settle when the work week begins, and then people will be ecstatic. Those estimated ship dates are too far out to be accurate. I was frustrated too, but I'm just letting go of it now. Definitely not canceling my order...
 
It's just a difference of a few weeks. Some people can't even afford iPhones.:D

As for me, I pre-ordered 15 mins after midnight. Apple's site was down for me. So I went through AT&T. My estimate date is October 2-13. Hoping I get it on day 1 but we'll see.

Yes - ordered right when the att.com preorders were posted as open on the boards. Confirmation email came at 2:02 central time. It has a expected delivery date of 9/19.

I have almost the same plan, texting is $5/line for 200 texts each line though. Wish I could get that unlimited deal that you have. How did you get a 20% discount?
