Really wish I had the phone now but after talking to some reps today and getting a bill credit I will settle for waiting a couple weeks

You got a bill credit?? What did you say? No one has offered me that and I think that's the least of what I should get for this
I started by complaining about the upgrade fee and got someone really awesome who understood what was going on. He offered the $10 credit for the next 12 months I just wanted the upgrade fee waived but I got both :)
 
wow quite around here now lol, oh well must keep calm and relax and wait for att to drop a bomb and release the iPhone 6 + kraken
 
Wow it's been a long time since I've posted something in these forums but I wanted to chime in with my 2c.

The last AT&T pre order I went through was for the Galaxy s3. When AT&T figured they were going to miss my promised ship date they sent me a text stating that there were delays and they would ship ASAP. I received it the day after launch.

This preorder has been a debacle. I understand that over 4 million devices were sold the first day but they should have staggered the roll out by country. This all stems from Apple trying to boost their ego by opening the pre order to multiple countries to set a sales record.

AT&T is guilty for not communicating with their customers and providing better visibility on when devices would be in customers hands. I submitted my pre order one hour after launch, 128 6+ silver, and I'm in the 10/2 bracket. I really hope they shed some light next week as to what happened.

Mine disappeared last night appeared again this morning. I know that nobody here is going to believe me but I ordered an iPhone 4 on Wed. the 17th and received the tracking number this afternoon around 4:30 with a delivery of Monday!!!!
 
My first post after looking for 4 years.

Rant on:
Ordered 12:30 AM PST on the 12th from ATT(apple site down at launch)
As of today-no phone
ATT SUCKS - I have not called them, the reps are min wage script readers.
APPLE SUCKS- They sell phones thru retail BEFORE preorders, they release in other countries before preorders and worst of all-their site was dead for the first 3 hours of preorders.
RANT OFF.

When I clicked "order" delivery was 9/19, first email said 21-28 working days.

Hopefully by the time I get it they'll at least have the bugs worked out.

I would not be surprised if your dates change. Check daily. That's what happened to me although I placed my order once the gates opened up right after midnight. I did end up getting my phone as promised today. But for the first two days or so the ship date was showing 1 to 2 weeks ahead of the original promised date. I'm assuming due to the high demand they are probably trying to under promise but then over deliver, hopefully that's the case here.

I have to admit I'm pretty sad my phone wasn't here today. I think I ordered before 4 a.m. EST (I just had a baby two weeks ago and I don't seem to remember a whole lot with this sleep deprivation haha). I ordered a 64gb Plus in space gray. At first my shipping date was toward the end of October through mid November and then it changed to 10/2-10/13 and that's where it sits. Hoping it comes earlier, but it's not the worst thing if it doesn't.
 
Who of you didn't get your iPhones have premier accounts? And who have consumer accounts?

Premier with the Oct 2-13 bracket. No updates since order processed text last Friday (email, website, text or otherwise).

Hoping for a delivery sometime before the 6th. It'll be irritating if it is delivered and sits on my porch while I'm 3k miles away.

stuck in 10/2-10/13 shipment date

Well after seeing and handling both today, think I will go get the 6 and skip the plus, my current phone is broken, the ship date for the plus is not going to change for the better and that is being optimistic. Local Apple store had lots of 6 and is expecting more tomorrow, but no plus+

Gotta say, I've been lurking on this thread all week and seeing how others are doing. Ordered a 128gb space gray 6+ on 9/12 at 1:45 AM and got the order in as soon as I could (just like everyone else).

I'm also stuck on the AT&T 10/2 - 10/13 shipping window with nothing on FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice. Very disappointed in how this pre-order went down considering I've done the pre-order thing since the 3G came out.

I sympathize with everyone on here. What I am most disappointed about is that some members on here claimed they talked to an AT&T rep and the rep saying "all customers who pre-ordered on 9/12 will definitely get their phones".

I know multiple people including family members who received theirs and didn't pre-order. Makes me want to show up at Apple next week if I don't see forward movement. Another good buddy of mine who ordered through Apple store at 4 AM ordered the 6+ 64GB and got his tracking info already to be delivered this coming Wednesday. Needless to say, pretty pissed!

i know someone got a tracking number today but they all seem to be 4.7 6s. Any 6+ orders got an update today?

No just someone in the billing department Premier wouldn't do anything like that they know I can't get the phone where else so they would just let me stew. But the guy I spoke with actually cared and I could actually understand him
 
I would definitley recommend checking with you local AT&T store walmart/radio shack and see when they will get more +'s in. If your phone hasn't shipped they can still cancel it, that's what I did this morning.
