Check throughout the day.. Fedex and UPS deliver all day. You wouldn't want to cancel your order and get screwed. At least now we know you can do your next, just gotta call AT&T after the fact.
The apple rep I'm talking to isn't much help. She tried to send me to AT&T and I was like well this is an Apple issue, your stores are the ones turning people away. She is now telling me it will take 5 days for my refund to go active if I cancel a preorder...
I don't think I'll have the option to order as an upgrade (I didn't on Apple's website). Since I'm a Next member, I'm not sure if the option to switch to a 2 year deal will be available through Apple. Probably going to stop by just to see what happens.
