Technically, they say 3-5 days but that's them covering their butt... its usually almost instant.
Call them back and figure it out.

Ordered a 64g SG Plus through Premier at 3:07am on 9/12. Shipping was 7-14 days per confirmation email at 4:28am, then slipped to 11/9-11/27, and back up to 10/2-10/13 four days ago, no movement since.
Held out hope for a lucky shipment or at least a shipping confirmation yesterday and today, but no movement and pending charges were removed.
I found a 64G SG + at Roosevelt Field mall here in NY, canceled my ATT order, and three minutes later I was able to confirm my Apple order for store pickup today.
They're out there people, keep on looking!! Thanks for keeping me entertained this week and good luck!

No BS guys...like a few others, I just got an email last night about 4:30am. FEDEX shows that it's going to be delivered some time Monday (9/22). Read and checked in about 15 times. If it's accurate, why has AT&T put a lot of us through such hell??!! 6+ 128gb space grey

NEXT or a normal 2 yr line with the $40 fee?
I was in a BestBuy yesterday morning and I canceled one I placed online and it was in effect in within 10minutes. However, I tried to cancel another one I did in store a few minutes later and it took forever. It was one I preordered in store, I had to go all the way back to the store to cancel it and even then it took an hour because the system would not show that I was eligible.
seems like they are shipping certain phones...i've seen alot of 128gig iphone +'s being shipped for monday....sucks that my 64gig iphone plus isn't shipping
I'm in the same as most of you with a ship date 10/2-10/13 for my 64gb SG IP+. Today I found the same module available for pick up at my local apple store. I tried canceling my preorder to get my next eligibility back but I got an email saying to was unsuccessful and the premier department is closed today
I'm hoping that being unable to cancel means by order shipped and will come some time next week.
I didn't know apple doesn't process next orders, wouldve sucked to cancel my preoder and not being able to buy one currently available
I think that's exactly what it means since a lot of others were able to cancel and immediately get eligibility again. When I spoke to csr this morning attempting to cancel, she said that could possibly be the reason but she's not sure so I should wait if or when phone comes in.
I was in a best buy and saw one compared to a 4.7 and I canceled my plus order and got the 4.7. The + looks nice, it was just awkward to hold and impossible to use one handed.
i have a shipping date for 10/2-10/13 and i just checked with apple and they have plenty of 6+ in stock. So tempted to cancel my oreder just dont know if i want to gamble my spot.
All the Apple stores in Arizona are out of stock on ALL Iphone 6+. However, those lucky enough to live in California should check the Apple site. Apparently you can pick up many Iphone 6+ models there. I've thought about driving to California just to get one..
does your status say preparing to ship? there's some in stock around where i live too but att chat said they can't cancel my order at this stage. they are waiting for more shipment. my credit card will be charged once it ships.

Like most here, I would agree that pre-orders should get the priority, otherwise what's the point. All things being equal, I would have rather stood in line for a fair chance.
However, I heard our local AT&T stores in my area (and many across US) got no stock of the plus models. That would have been an equally disappointing!! Here's to hoping that shipping times continue shrinking...
Don't know if this was answered already but does Apple process AT&T Next orders? Has anyone done it in store?
Earlier this morning I noticed that my local apple store had the ip6 in stock and available for pickup. I thought, why not cancel my AT&T premier order (ETA of 10/13-10/31) and order directly through apple.com?
Long story short: I have my 64gb iphone! I suggest everyone at least TRY to do a local pickup before waiting on AT&T!
