AT&T Pre-order status

I wouldn't worry about it. Wait until Thursday. By then it will probably have shipped.

Are you checking on the Premier status page? Check here maybe: www.att.com/wirelessorderstatus . Mine had 9/17-9/18 but now the date is gone and says Processing with Tracking "Pending Shipment"

So it sounds like outside of in-store inventory, AT&T will be pushing out pre-order iPhones before replenishing their stores.

If their are un filled pre orders they should be getting 0 in store. How the hell they justify that?
 
I ordered at 255am ET and today, on the Order Status page, my expected ship date went from 9/17-9/18 to Pending Confirmation. Hopefully this is progress.:rolleyes:

Considering some people are being told to expect their iPhone on Friday the 19th, this statement is entirely erroneous.
 
Seems like there systems are updating right now.
Just checked my status, in the past 20 mins it changed from:

09/23-10/2

now to

09/17-09/18

Ordered a 64 Silver @ 02:18 am day of.

Yes if use the email check ur order status will chage from expected ship date 9/17-9/18 to pending confirmation. Please go to AT&T website check under my orders then it should say pending shipment. I was panic for second until my hubby check under my orders then we got pending shipment answers. :eek:
 
My 6+ ordered at 2:56est went from 10/13-10/22 to backorder today. I think they are just working on their systems and trying to figure out the correct dates. I really do think ill get it the 19th. Imagine how hard it is for them to figure out stock when people ordered and canceled within 24hrs. I think all along they were just placeholder dates and people are impatient and freak out over nothing. The lesson here will be learn to chill and don't freak out prematurely. Thats my 2c

Oh no bud... Don't get it twisted. You better believe if they think they aren't renewing me next September when I ordered on launch day.. They've got another thing coming. I don't care if I get the phone Christmas Day, they'll be giving me a new one next September 12th, trust me on that.

Weird how the initial orders are being pushed back and the later ordes are being pushed forward. I had 10/3-10/13 date and now have 10/13-10/22

Ordered at 1145a Pacific 6+ .

Maybe the people who ordered before the actual 3am time frame and snuck into sites early are getting bumped as the pre order wasnt supposed to start legally till 3am

I pre-ordered at the same time (3:05 am EST), 6+ 128GB space grey, my order details are also showing no estimated ship date and my status is backordered.

I really want the phone on the 19th, obviously since I woke up at 2:50 to place the preorder, but I'm not going to stress over it. Stressful would be canceling and trying to find the model I want in a store only to be disappointed and have to order all over again. I figure it will show up eventually, and that's fine.

lol this makes no sense especially for all the people who ordered and got dates before you. LOL wtf AT&T
 
This thread is growing faster than I can read it!

I've always enjoyed staying up on pre-order night, having a few fingers of scotch, watching the hype, etc. . . I've always received my devices on launch day.

This year, there were obviously issues with apple and AT&T. I didn't get my order in until almost 1:30 PDT. My initial ship date was 10/31-11/11. This morning it was moved up like so many others have posted.

I doubt I will get this phone on the 19th, but I'm okay with that. Believe me, I am just as nuts as the rest of you on this thread. I've been known to intercept the delivery driver when he starts his route.

But changes have happened in my life this year and I realize it is just a phone and I will get it when I get it. Moreover, everyone is losing their mind because they aren't getting a phone a week after the keynote. Let us not forget it was not too long ago when there was a keynote and then there was a 3-4 week period before one could even pre-order.
