My horrible experience with AT&T
I've been with them some 15 years. I have 7 iphones, 6 ipads and data plans, I consider myself one of their good customers. But truly, they suck at customer service. I went in on the first day and per-ordered. Early Oct they said, then as I checked status it went to late Nov. I called and got the "well we had record sales.." I asked if that was to make me feel better that they can't deliver? I still have a legacy plan that is unlimited data on a number of my phones and I am sure that AT&T would like to change that. I am so dumb for going through AT&T instead of the Apple Store.
This has been my worst experience with AT&T and Apple.
