Folks. Keep this in perspective. It's only been 2 weeks since launch day. It took this long for many of us to get the iPhone 4.
Don't pay attention to the dates on the order status page. If you call the 877 number and talk to a human they'll give you the current ship dates. Mine has said 11/9-11/27 from day one. When I called yesterday and spoke to someone, he looked up my order and said my iPhone Plus is shipping anywhere from today to 10/13. Much better than November. They're shipping them out when they get them in. It won't be as long as it says.
 
Starting to see the 128gb SG showing up in apple stores this morning. If it follows the Gold and Silver trend last week, should peak over the next couple of days.
 
Gave Up on AT&T

OK, so I ordered ym iP6 64GB on 9/20. NO movement at all, finally looked at my local apple store and they had the 128GB SG iP6, so I said F-it and cancelled my order with at&t and went for the bigger storage. I know have me sweet little baby. Never again will I order through AT&T.
 
Cancelled 5 minutes ago- eligibility instantly restored, found a 128gb sg plus at a local apple store, ordered and will pickup at 10. #ATTFAIL
 
I ordered a silver iPhone 6 - 64 gb through AT&T on 9/27 using NEXT. My shipping dates are 10/16-10/27 and when I call the 877 number it still says backordered. My mom ordered a gold 16 gb iPhone 6 the same day as me and her phone was shipped last night, to be delivered tomorrow. Just found out that the Apple store near my house has the exact phone I ordered available for pick up today. I'm really considering cancelling my order with AT&T and doing it through Apple but I'm afraid that my eligibility won't be restored immediately or something will get screwed up. Has anyone done this with the NEXT program?
 
Mine was with the 2 year contract but I bet it will work fine. When you check out on the apple site it asks you which program you are upgrading with.
 
Getting pissed off

I chatted with att yesterday. I ordered 6+ SG 128 at 3:01AM.
Some of my friends who ordered hours after me got their 6+ last week and I'm still waiting for it.
My shipping date says 10/2-10/13 since order time.
ATT blames Apple for the order mixup. They claim they were not prepared for the volume of orders..
They said the order will be fulfilled when the next shipment arrives sometime in the near future

am I the only one who ordered on 9/12 at 5:00am EST via att and has not gotten their phones? I ordered 2 6+ 128 gb in gold, I have a grandfathered unlimited data plan and am a premier customer. I tried cancelling it online and over the phone and was unable to do so.:mad: My original shipping date was 11/11-11/27 then it moved to 10/31-11/11 and has stuck there ever since. I called the 877 number and checked online, I even attempted communication with them over twitter to no avail. I am in NYC.... Anyone else outthere? :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I ordered 2 128g 6+s gold at 3:02 am on the 12th and haven't recieved them yet. Ship dates are 10/2 - 10/13

Ugh this sucks.... really can att ******* this up any more? I see people who ordered way after me already have theirs. To add salt to injury, the apple store 10 mins from my house has the same phone I want... and I can't cancel my order in order to get it, because the att representative said that my order is already at the warehouse waiting to be shipped, but my quoted shipping days are accurate. Please explain to me how this makes any sense? if they didn't ship it, I should be able to cancel, #attfail big time.

They told me the same thing and all Apple stores near me down in philly have 128 gold 6+. They told me it is set to ship already so idk why they haven't yet. Watch mine will ship on the 13th

my suggestion to y'all is to cancel all your iPhone orders from AT&T and wait until Apple gets 'em in stock, MUCH MUCH faster this way.
 
That whole "it's in the warehouse preparing to ship" line is complete BS. There's a difference between preparing to ship and back ordered. The CSR reps don't have a clue as to when we'll get our phones just as much as we do. Both Apple and AT&T are to blame for this.
 
Ordered IP6 16GB Space Gray and IP6 16GB Silver with AT&T on September 15. Gray had expected ship date 10/14-10/24 and Silver 9/23-10/13. Interestingly received Gray on 9/23 and no sign of Silver(today is last day of estimated ship window).

Order from ATT website on the 19th a 6 SG 64gb.

I asked them "can you guarantee me that you have the actual product and it is being shipped tomorrow?" and they couldn't so they ended up cancelling it. I got my upgrade status reinstated and went to Apple yesterday and got the exact phone I ordered on ATT. I would make sure you know for sure your store has it in stock, cancel your order, then order the phone online and do an in-store pickup. That's what I did.

Preparing to Ship since 9/20
Delivery window 10/20 - 11/7

Thankfully, I don't expect to get it earlier than that window - it'll just be a happy surprise :) That hasn't kept me from calling 877, though!

Curious if movement in your order means that some SG 64s are going out..

No, I am unable to purchase through Apple because of Premier too, I've tried. However, they said I could cancel.
 
Does anyone know if there is anyone left that ordered on the 12th that hasn't received their phone or at least a tracking number? Please tell me they have finally finished processing orders from the first day of preorders!
 
Cannot cancel

An AT&T CSR rep adamantly refused to cancel my order because I have already accepted their Terms and Conditions. I tried arguing but to no avail.

If neither of my IP6s has shipped, I should be able to cancel, right?
 
No, I am unable to purchase through Apple because of Premier too, I've tried. However, they said I could cancel.

Oh wow, I just spoke to another CSR and now I CANNOT cancel my order! I'm so confused and just want this to stop.....:confused:
 
This is ridiculous. I don't see why we're being punished because we have a premier account. I really don't want to have to wait another two weeks to get my phone, and I have a feeling with the way things are going that it will be even longer than that.
