AT&T Pre-order status

I order the 6 Plus AT&T

Im Reading everyones problems throughout the site and i Been Going back and forth to here and AT&T's website, I haven't found a solution, But I searched in google "is at&t having problems shipping iphone 6 and 6 plus". As i reached that i clicked on Forbes. I guess Forbes might have a general Idea what going on with AT&T's Problems. Forbes's Theory is "AT&T’s website was acting very sluggish. It has the iPhone 6 with a September 19 delivery date while the 6 Plus was at 14-21 business days to ship it." To me this could make perfectly good sense, because they might not have the iPhone 6 Plus In Gold, because people want the one the most, And people have to understand that The United States Wasn't just the only country Fighting for a spot to preorder both models.

I wouldn't be so hasty if I were you. This happened with iPhone 5 preorders and I ended up receiving mine on launch day. Not saying you're guaranteed that, but it may not be as dire a situation as you think.

Mine did the same, had a window on 10/13-10/22 and now back ordered. It was preparing for shipment the morning.

I have the same status and ordered very close to when you did. Are you a new NEXT user?

I was thinking the same thing. I ordered at about 5:10AM EDT a Space Grey 64GB iP6+ and it says "preparing to ship". Otherwise, wouldn't it just say order processed?

I want to feel comfortable about my order, but I can't. I only get excited like this when I order Apple products!

Edit: Not NEXT customer. Grandfathered Unlimited user, here.
 
ATT 6+ pre order

After many Phone calls and store visits cancelled my pre order and decided to stand in line. As ATT stores might not have 6+ on their launch day......

Somehow I'd be willing to bet almost everything I own that your wrong and their dates in fact are almost the complete opposite of "accurate"

I think that anyone who ordered an iPhone 6 will probably get it on launch day.
If you got a ip6 + (i got the 64gb space gray) then its showing on the att site as 10/13/14 - 10/22/14 "preparing to ship"
hopefully, i'll get it on the 19th....

I know there are smart newbies (you appear to be one), but the iPhone launch on the boards are rough.
 
Slowly improving?

I was at 10/31-11/11 and just checked again and was moved up to 10/13/14 - 10/22/14...iphone plus 16 GB ordered at 3:10ish AM (EST), ATT Premier customer. At least I'm moving in the right direction - HA!
 
Ordered iPhone 6+ 64GB SG at 2:30 AM and the ship date was 10/31-11/11 and now it says 10/13-10/22! Im moving closer......

Hopefully I get mine Friday, this is my first ATT Preorder (normally do it through Apple's Site.....)
 
Can any one tell what is the prbabilty of getting an iPhone Plus on the launch day if i stand in the line Friday morning in NYC?

Oh - I'm also in "preparing to ship" status as well...

Not positive but I think I remember hearing that a hold can only be in place for a certain amount of time. What that limit is, I don't recall.
 
Mine has been all over the place. When I ordered it said delivery on the 19th. then yesterday it was telling me first week of October. Now when I look it says Expected Ship Date: 09/17/2014 To 09/18/2014. Who knows whats going on.

I just wish they would figure it out for sure, I'm gonna be halfway across the country on the 19th, which is why i have my shipping address not at my home and where I have to be.

I don't really want my new phone to be delivered when I am not gonna be there.

iphone 6 64gb white (my credit card has been charged)
