hi - registered just now to complain about premier.
i ordered a 64gb gold 6 on Sept. 29, since my Iphone 4s quit working on the 28th, and this phone only had a 10/6-10/8 (6-8 day) shipment wait.
On Oct. 1, the ship date was changed to 10/10-10/21, this concerned me since i don't have a phone. so i called. the customer service rep promised me i was getting my phone on the 10th. even when i said "you mean 'as late as the 21st,'" she replied "no, you'll have it on the 10th." ok, sounds fine.
since i didn't get a notice about shipping by the 9th, I called back, and the lady basically said the earlier promise was a lie. my choices were to wait, or cancel, and try to get one in stores. this is my fault for not checking the stores first, but annoyed, I cancelled. Called around, and everything was 2-3 weeks. So re-ordered the next day, with shipping date now 10/29-11/07.
i called to see if i could get bumped up to my original revised shipping date, and they escalated it to a higher dept. who would call me back. i called after 5 days of not hearing anything, and they were still "reviewing" my case, and to wait for a call. I called back after 8 days, and the customer service rep had an answer about my escalation ticket - "we don't have any control over shipping dates, since it is automated, so can't escalate shipping."
no phone, no phone, i just want to be alone this month.
Others of us have been waiting since the 12th of September. Prepare yourself for a long wait.
