hi - registered just now to complain about premier.

i ordered a 64gb gold 6 on Sept. 29, since my Iphone 4s quit working on the 28th, and this phone only had a 10/6-10/8 (6-8 day) shipment wait.

On Oct. 1, the ship date was changed to 10/10-10/21, this concerned me since i don't have a phone. so i called. the customer service rep promised me i was getting my phone on the 10th. even when i said "you mean 'as late as the 21st,'" she replied "no, you'll have it on the 10th." ok, sounds fine.

since i didn't get a notice about shipping by the 9th, I called back, and the lady basically said the earlier promise was a lie. my choices were to wait, or cancel, and try to get one in stores. this is my fault for not checking the stores first, but annoyed, I cancelled. Called around, and everything was 2-3 weeks. So re-ordered the next day, with shipping date now 10/29-11/07.

i called to see if i could get bumped up to my original revised shipping date, and they escalated it to a higher dept. who would call me back. i called after 5 days of not hearing anything, and they were still "reviewing" my case, and to wait for a call. I called back after 8 days, and the customer service rep had an answer about my escalation ticket - "we don't have any control over shipping dates, since it is automated, so can't escalate shipping."

no phone, no phone, i just want to be alone this month.

Others of us have been waiting since the 12th of September. Prepare yourself for a long wait.
 
Well I lucked out today everybody my Apple Store near me in Columbus had the 6+ SG 128 in stock. I finally gave up on AT&T order (11/7-11/27 window), went to the Apple Store and once I had one in hand I cancelled my order with AT&T. I know I've been watching this tread every day hoping to see people get their orders quicker but it looks like Apple isn't gettinh AT&T stock any faster then they have too. I wish everyone luck and I hope someone gets theirs sooner now that I have mine.
 
Yay, I got my iphone 6 128gb SG today (ordered it last friday, yes, I'm one of the ones who is getting it out of turn. And sorry, I'm kinda happy I lucked out that way though I realize it is unfair to many of you but I can't say I'm upset I got mine so quick).

AT&T packaged it like crap (the box was shaking around in the box when I got it). Apparently they put two airbag thingys in it but one had deflated. Outside box didn't look too banged up and good thing apple packages the phone itself well (the box for the phone looked fine).

Now I'm waiting for it to load all my apps from my old phone.
 
Girlfriend got her shipping email confirmation today even though the rep told her it was going to ship yesterday. She should be getting it sometime early next week!!

Iphone 6 16gb Silver - ordered 9/25 online ... 877# changed to "order processing" first then email came day after.

I also got my shipping confirmation for my iPhone 6 Silver 16GB! Ordered 9/30 in stores.

I chatted with a rep online today, I don't know if that made a difference or not :D

Should get to my local AT&T store on Monday so hopefully I'll get a call on Tuesday to come and get it set up :)

Good News & Bad News...

First the BAD - AT&T continues is fail as I enter Day 6 of my estimated shipping window more than a month since I "pre-ordered" with AT&T rather than foolishly wait in line with all those other people.

The GOOD News? - I'm at WDW World, where I will see everyone else walking around with their iPhone 6 Plus that doesn't fit in their pockets. My 5s slips in ever so easily even inside of its Mophie battery case.

Well ATT has done it again, I been waiting for my 2 iPhone 6+'S 128gb Gold since 9/12 (ordered at 5:00 EST) yesterday I get a call from their fraud department, they asked to me to verify everything from order date do shilling adress, and I asked the lady if everything was ok, and assured me it was. This morning I go to check my status and my ordered has been cancelled! I call off course and they so helpfully mention that they could not verify my credit card, I then check my card and I realize that I have received a new card from chase, same account number different expiration date, I then as politely as I can make myself be ask the guy, why while I was in the phone with them for over an hour, did no one asked my to verify my credit card information, since they had for all intents and purpose asked me to verify everything else, and he tells me he is not sure why. so I ask the nice gentleman to please update the information and put me back in line (original shipping window 10/31-11/11) and he tells me no can do, He would have to reprocess my order and it would take an additional 28-35 business day for to get it, so thank you very much ATT, for effing with me over and over again, ######## #attfail

While the amount of time people are having to wait for a phone is frustrating and the process seems to be very unorganized, I do understand that parts of it are out if AT&T's control. But when something like this happens, which was an obvious oversight on their part- I DO NOT understand why they aren't jumping over the moon to fix things they can control. It doesn't seem like such a difficult thing to make sure your shipping dates remain the same. You didn't even ask for it to be sooner. Does AT&T even care about customers or do they just assume that most people won't leave their carrier no matter how they are treated?!? Sorry for your experience. :(
 
Please DO NOT let it end there! Escalate it to as high as you can go and do not stop. This was not your fault. You need to come out of this to the good! I mad as hell for you, pisses me the F€%# off is what it does. Damn I wish I could help you out somehow.:mad:

Glad you are enjoying WDW. Not to rain on your parade but a case for a 6+ fit pretty well in my pocket. Granted I'm not that tall or wide, 5'6" 176 lbs. Not going to expect anything until the end of my shipping range. This is just a boondoggle, a cluster fu€£, if you get my drift. AT&T has failed and continues to fail mightily in shipping and more importantly customer service from what I am reading here.

I'm seeing several posts about silver 16gb shipping out and even some 128gb so the silver 64gb must be the problem. Reallllllly hope they ship them by the 22nd like that said. I may try to talk to a CS Rep today just for sh#%s & giggles and see what they have to say

When I called yesterday, she said it will go out no later than the 22nd, but I have somewhat lost faith in what AT&T says these days.

I think they just tell you what you want to hear at this point, then let the next CSR you talk to deal with it.

Just got off the phone. She told me my phone is NOT Backordered # I explained how the website shows preparing to ship and the number says Backordered. She said her system does not show it's Backordered and it's waiting to ship so it should go out by the end of my window. Blah blah blah....we shall see. I know it's not the CS reps fault so I just thanked her and told her to have a nice day.

I do feel sorry for the reps.

I decided to torture myself with a countdown timer & widget app.

This is to 11:59 PM on 10/22, I hope I never have to find out if it goes beyond that.

But honestly everyone give crap to the reps don't be so nice with them. Email the CEO as many times as you feel you need too. Don't let them walk all over you like that.
 
Finally

I've been watching this blog since the 24th of sept.

I ordered on the 12th of sept around 12:30 in the afternoon from an AT&T store here in northern cali.

ordered a SPACE GREY 16g 6+

I was told it wouldn't ship til mid November in a email from AT&T And three days later I got the same email, thinking it would be shipping confirmation but no just them reminding me of my horrific wait time.

I checked the 877 and online order status 100 times a day.


AND FINLLY ON OCT. 16TH around 8 p.m my order changed from backorder to processing #, not counting my chickens before the eggs hatch. I checked my bank account to see if anything was removed and low and behold the money for my device was gone # still unsatisfied I called the 611 to speak with a rep which I should've done, it just pissed me off. She stated that just because the money was gone doesn't mean it's shipping because my dates still said mid November. It was around 10 p.m my time so they were closing and I felt she was rushing me off the phone stating her Systems were shutting down. so i uttered some very choice word and hung up.


and at 12:04 a.m on OCT 17TH I finally received email confirmation that my order has shipped along with UPS tracking number # finally.

Now waiting for UPS is killer for me, their forever ***** me over.
