AT&T Pre-order status

update

Long time lurker ordered 6+ 64 silver and 6+ 128 SG on 9/15. original date 11/9 to 11/27. just called the 877 and my order has moved from backordered to in process. I am hoping they ship soon.

Call the 877 number....if it says processing you would expect a tracking number in the next day or so. The 877 number seems to update 1st from what I can tell
 
Been spying on the Verizon thread. They hare doing much better than AT&T.

And then gripe when you're not home and they left a doortag. The delivery company pays The carrier damage fees which in turns replaces your device, this assuming if it was damaged turn transit by the delivery company.

Sorry to hear what happened but It is what it is.
 
UPDATE AND HAPPY NEWS!!!!!!
Just 2 hours ago I checked my status and my shipping date had been moved back to 11/1-11/14. Just happened to check it just now and it shows shipped with a tracking number! It will be here tomorrow :) :) :) :)

Original info...
6/silver/64gb ordered on 9-23 with original ship dates of 10/13 to 10/22. No changes the entire time until today when they moved my shipping window to 11/1 to 11/14.

There is hope people!! I hope others with the elusive 6/silver/64gb are seeing movement as well!!!
 
Update!!!!
As you guys may or may not know from my previous post I ordered 2 6+'s 128 gb in gold around 5:00am EST ON 9/12. Long story short after waiting over a month ATT screwed me and cancelled my order forcing me to order from apple (new shipping window 11/14-11-21) previous shipping window with ATT was 10/31-11/11. They did not cancel my husbands and he had the same shipping window, just got an email from ATT saying his phone shipped and will be here Thursday! Yesterday it was back ordered on the 877#. At least one of us will be getting their phone... The irony is my is the one that is broken.... ######### bittersweet feeling right now....

FYI we are in NYC and are Premiers customers.

Awww man :( I was hoping to catch you in time and hoping you would have seen changes tonight as well. I hope you are able to find what you are looking for at a store near your or through apple! Best of luck to you :)
 
For those of you still here, I have a new data point. I ordered a 6+ SG 128GB on 9/12 at 11:15 CDT. My original (and only) estimated ship dates were 11/9 - 11/27. I just received an email that my phone has shipped.

I don't know if that makes anyone feel better or worse, but at least it means that some progress is being made. Good luck to everyone else still waiting.

Looks like lots of phones are shipping tonight right after they freaked everyone out and backed their shipping dates up!
 
Glad to see a bunch of you now getting your phones after a nasty scare! Been about a month since I ordered my Silver 6+ 64GB and my shipping window is approaching fast. There's hope yet!

Just checked mine again, still listed as delayed two weeks from what it previously was and not listed as shipped. Sigh.
 
Last day of my 10/13 - 10/22 shipping window and there's no movement. I'm still backordered on the 877 number. Truthfully, AT&T has been a pretty big disappointment in this. They are a communications company but they aren't' communicating with us, their customers.

My devices are unlocked and I have no ETFs. After I return from Walt Disney World, I'm thinking about moving to one of the smaller pre-paid carriers. They actually operate on AT&T or T-Mobile's networks but at a lower rate each month.

On a side note, I have seen very few iPhone 6 Plus roaming around WDW. Since I do all the picture spots to get pictures of the girls, I see lots of people taking photos with their phones. I'm seeing iPhone 5(s) and Droids but only a couple iPhone 6's.

i know this has been mentioned in the forum several times but i wanna reiterate that for those waiting for phones to ship still if purchasing from apple is and option for you you would save yourself a lot of time by cancelling and doing the personal pickup through apple.com at your local store i used istocknow.com to monitor stock in my area and was able to get 2 6 pluses att on 2 separate occasions this way and there are some pluses available now. stock usually updates around 4am and again around 2:30pm...
 
Woke up this morning, hoping to see movement on my order. Well.......I should have stayed in bed. No change what so ever.:confused::mad:

What is your shipping window and has it changed at all? My shipping window was moved back (and later showed shipped 2 hours later) all on the 2nd to last day of my original window (13-22). I would say as long as you are still within your original shipping window just give it time. I even saw several posts about shipping out the day after.

Ordered 9/20 6+ SG 128GB. window of 10-/29-11/7.

I will essentially wait for my window. If there is no movement, i will cancel and see what i can find on Apple.com or another carrier.
