But has anyone got a tracking number or their order of a 6+ from AT&T? This is ridiculous. I've ordered all of my iPhones from the AT&T and never had to wait this long.

Our 10/4 order of 6+ 128gb white just shipped. We already got our 16gb grey over a week ago.

Im beginning to wonder if the store you ordered from has anything to do with it. Either way they seem to be slowly picking up.
 
I finally pulled the trigger. Canceled AT&T and walked out of apple store today with a 6+ 128 SG. Idevicechecker emailed me this morning around 4 am and I immediately got online and ordered one on my other line. Called AT&T and asked about trade in of IPhone 4. Said was a no go if I cancelled. Lol. Oh well. Got $180 from Apple. Took all of 5 minutes to cancel and another 5 to have upgrade eligibility reinstated for my main line. Moved the upgrade to this line and walked out with phone. They had 20+ of this configuration. Wow. AT&T has nada. Pitiful.

Ordered 9/20. Cancelled today. Now I have an awesome I6+ 128 SG.
 
I Just order my iPhone 6 64g silver on 11/8
It says that the estimated shipment will be 11/18-11/28! Order status : Ready to ship..Lets see how long it will actually take XD
 
After catching up on the forums over the last few days, I was so determined to call AT&T and cancel my order after I found out that each phone we ordered was available at our local Apple store.

Sure enough, we checked our AT&T account online last night and our order for all three phones was marked as "Shipped" and tracking numbers were provided.

In the order:
iPhone 6 SG 128 GB
iPhone 6 Plus Silver 64 GB (x2)

-The iPhone 6 showed delivery dates of 10/21-10/30, and then switched to "Backordered." This was not changed before it was marked as "Shipped."
-The iPhone 6 Pluses both showed shipping dates of 11/19-12/1.

We ordered October 10th through AT&T's website (we do have a Premier account). Our phones are supposed to be delivered on Tuesday...hopefully that will be that.

Crossing my fingers for all of you that are still waiting!

I ordered my SG 6+ 64gb on 10/10 thru my premier account.. Hopefully I'll see mine move soon!!!

The problem i am running into is i am already an existing ATT NEXT customer. IF i was just starting out as a next customer, i would be fine apparently.

Went into best buy friday night. They had the 6+ 64GB Space Gray, held the box.. Of course there's a BUT..My current order with ATT online of course makes my line look ineligible. Im 14 payments into the NEXT program, I'm on the ATT Next 12 plan, so i am eligible for an upgrade after 12 months of payments. I paid ahead on the next plan to become eligible to order the 6+ ahead of time as well back in september. I had no idea i could do that until i asked back in september.

Anyway, best buy told me i could cancel my ATT order, but they weren't sure if they could upgrade my line since I'm already on the next plan, not a new next plan customer. SO basically, take a risk, maybe get a phone OR cancel, not be able to be upgraded and get the phone and go to the back of the line..

Are the only places that can upgrade CURRENT ATT Next plan customers actual ATT stores?? Leaving out ATT customers trying to go to best buy, target or a Apple store? I mean if thats how it is, its really smart (and tricky) of ATT to put this restriction on their customers. Basically guaranteeing the only place you can get a phone is from them online or in a brick&mortar store.

I was wondering how a Apple store or Best Buy would handle someone on the ATT 12 Next plan upgrading after 12 months. When you upgrade after 12 months, you trade the phone in and get the new phone, starting over on your payment plan. So what would best buy or apple do with the phone? It obviously needs to be shipped back to ATT but this would put that work on the 3rd party store i assume?

Man, I don't know why they told you that! That is EXACTLY what I did. I Went into the Apple Store, saw the phone in the reps hands, cancelled the at&t (emphasis on lower case here) order, and got my phone. AND! don't let at&t pull this BS of not being able to instantly make your line eligible for the NEXT program. They can do it. Took a supervisor to do it but they can. Oh, the first rep for at&t said they couldn't. Complete BS!

Wow finally found someone like me in the thread haha! Yeah that was my issue at first as well. I'm waiting for my phone still but my shopping window is coming to an end Friday. Nov 5th - 14 Gold IP6+

I'm not canceling my order though I've come too far to leave the line now. I'm not taking any chances especially since before the phone came out Next customers were required to do it through AT&T (because we have to trade in/mail our older phone back)..
 
Finally...

Ordered iPhone 6 plus Silver 64GB around 4pm at the retail store on the first day of the pre-order 9/12.
Finally, shipped at estimated to arrive on 11/11. Exactly two full months.

I ordered mine online via AT&T Premier on 9/12 as well and after AT&T canceling it and reprocessing my order, placing me at the end of the line with an ESD of December, an email to the CEO and several phone calls to CSR and the Executive Office, mine finally shipped today as well.

Ok it looks like apple stores near by me have gold plus' in stock.

I did online chat with AT&T and they told me I have to wait for the device to arrive and then return it, I couldn't cancel. Then they say it would take 24-48 hours until my line eligibility would go back.

I think I will have to call them to cancel it.

It's not the color I want but at this point I really don't care.

This is what i am wanting to do. Cancel my ATT order and go into a Apple store and get my phone. I see you say you are a ATT Next customer? Here's my problem. I went into our local apple store and they said even though my ATT Next plan is eligible for me to get a new phone, i cant do it through them. I have to go to an ATT store or order online through ATT. Did you do your ATT Next upgrade at the apple store? Did they take your old device? I am still lost as i have seen other members say they have done ATT Next upgrades at an Apple store yet i havent been successful the time i tried to.

Yes, I signed up for Next at the Apple store last week when I got my 6+ 64GB, silver. It was not an issue, but it had to be done at the store. I tried over the phone, but it was too complicated and not worth it. So, you need to push for the mgr if Apple store employee tells you no. However, keep in mind this was a new Next signup. I kept my iPhone 5 and handed it down to my daughter. It is her first phone and she LOVES it. They offered me $260 for the 5. Sorry for your luck, but getting your phone and next is allowed at Apple store. You will only have to pay tax at purchase with next, it was tax on $900 so plan for a $50 expense outside of the plan.

This has been a real nightmare for a lot of people dealing with AT&T glad I ordered my 6+ through Apple.com one of the Guys at the Apple Store told me that last week there was 200 people lined up out side the store. For 6/6+ And that not even the apple employe are able to get there own 6/6+ yet. He also says that Apple produced more than 20000.00 iphone 6/6+ more than the iPhone 5s on launch day. And that still wasn't enough wow!!!! So it would be a no brainer to order through Apple because they are going to get there's before AT&T does. And if they can hardly keep them in stock how is it that AT&T going to get there's anytime soon? Just my 2 cents. A lot of people are canciling there order at AT&T and going to Apple directly to get there iphone 6/6+###
 
OK, I got my order cancelled about 2 hours ago. I was told I would get a call later today letting me know that my eligibility was restored, but so far I haven't. Will need to check the account in a little while to see.

That's a very good question. Sorry I can not help any further. Sounds like a call to AT&T is in order. Do NOT take what the first CSR tells you. Ask to speak to a manager if you must. It sounds like you should be able to do the NEXT program right now.

You are going to have to HOUND them until you get a legitimate answer. I say legitimate because they very well might try to snow you. It will be easy to detect. Quite a few have had their order cancelled due to a credit card breach. Have you had any such trouble?

Well I ordered both 6/6+ 64gb on 9/19 on apple.com, my wife 6 was delivered 10/7 my 6+ On 10/16 the thing is Apple is going to serve there customers first before AT&T. So bare that in mind while u wait on your phone to be available from AT&T. If you don't mind waiting for a long time, then it shouldn't be to big of a deal for you then. But I have seen people on here that have been waiting for 45-50 days for there 6+ from AT&T? That's CRAZY!!!! Bunkers. Because there is no way I am waiting that long for a phone, spoke to two people today from Brazil that is here in Florida on vacation. They were 2 of the 200 people that lined up outside of the Apple Store last week to purchase the 6/6+. Here u have people from Brazil here on vacation with there iPhone 6/6+ and people on here in the U.S still waiting for there 6/6+ from AT&T. People if I where u I would go to Apple Store and get my 6/6+ A mean here u have people from other country coming here to by there 6/6+ from Apple.
 
Att really dropped the ball on the iPhone 6 preorders / orders / fulfillment. Whenever I asked them in the store why Verizon has a shorter delay for the exact phone. They said "well we have a larger amount of iphone orders". Att having exclusive iphone rights for years really got to their heads. They need to be brought back down to earth.
 
I picked up a gold iPhone 6 plus 64 GB today from my apple store. Just took 50 days for me to realize att is incompetent. Apple was indeed able to use an eligibility of a different line on my account. Hopefully att comes through for all else that are waiting.

I call BS. I stayed on the phone with AT&T until it showed eligible for upgrade. Took less than 5 minutes.

I was in the same position as you. What you can do is this. Say you find the phone you're looking for at a Best Buy store. You can have them hold it for you while you head to your nearest AT&T store. There, you can trade-in your device (assuming you've already made enough payments for an early trade-in/ upgrade) and immediately be eligible for upgrade. you DON'T have to get your phone from that AT&T store just because you traded it in there. Now, since you're upgrade eligible, head back to Best Buy and upgrade there and leave with your new phone. Talked with an AT&T employee and he told me this method is totally fine.

I was on a NEXT plan, just about 6 months into it, and was gonna do it this way. BUT my dad's 4S was acting up, and he was eligible for upgrade so instead of doing the above method, I came across a 128GB 6+ SG for AT&T at Target and used my dad's upgrade to get that phone. Headed to to the AT&T store, had them switch the numbers between the phones AND they even switched it over so that he's now using my old (I use the term old very loosely. I've only had it about a month since it was a replacement phone thru Asurion) 32GB 5S instead of his busted 4S. So now I'm on a new NEXT plan with my 6+, while he takes over my remaining installments and gets basically brand new 5S. everyone wins!

Loving the phone btw! Hope y'all get yours soon! Its well worth the wait!

When I cancelled my order with AT&T I was eligible again within 5 minutes. Went to Apple and placed order there. Funny thing is that I ordered my phone from AT&T in early October, and from Apple on November 6. the AT&T order was backordered whereas Apple is saying it will ship in 7-10 business days which is the same dates that I was told by AT&T before it was backordered. Therefore a whole month was wasted because I ordered from Apple a month and a few days AFTER ordering from AT&T and I'm expecting to get it at the same time AT&T originally told me before it was backordered. AT&T's new estimate had me getting the phone in mid-December around three months from launch date. This is insane.
