New Member, Hate ATT still no phone

Good Morning everyone,
I have been reading this forum now for some time and today I have chosen to voice my opinion on ATT and their lack of phones. I placed my order for a 128gb Space Gray iPhone 6+ on 9-23 and instantly got a shipping window of 10/31 to 11/11 which is today. And guess what, nothing from ATT at all. Since 9/23 my order has stated preparing to ship and nothing has changed even at the end of my shipping window.
I have emailed the executive office and the lady called back and was of no use at all, she said you are in your shipping window and there is nothing she could do, waste of time emailing them in my opinion. Called the 800 # and it still shows on back order. I wish I could just go into apple and get the phone but we are a premier member and they won't let you do that, penalized i guess for being a premier member, which doesn't mean crap! So I am stuck waiting on ATT, and I don't see an end in site.
 
I call BS. I stayed on the phone with AT&T until it showed eligible for upgrade. Took less than 5 minutes.

Yeah, after I got mine cancelled it went back to eligible almost immediately. So I was able to walk into the apple store near me after work and picked up a plus just like that.

If you are near an Apple store you should check there. I had ordered my wife an iphone 6 plus through AT&T on 9/22 and after the 50th or so day (yesterday) of waiting with no tracking number I decided to cancel it. Almost immediately AT&T restored my upgrade eligibility. I checked an iPhone 6 tracking site and it said that the Leawood, KS Apple store had a 64 GB 6Plus in stock in Gold (really wasn't the color she wanted but at this point we figured it didn't matter). So after work I went into the apple store and was able to buy one just like that.

So a Premier customer cannot purchase a iPhone from a Apple Store?

My info is the same except nothing says and never has said back ordered. When I call the 877 number I have to speak to someone because my order number has letters in it. They don't say it is back ordered but can't give me any real information either...

I am still praying for a miracle...

I am a premier member and I still got my wife and I 6/6+ from Apple. So whats there point? People have been canceling there orders from AT&T and getting the 6/6+ from Apple#

Well, after speaking to the guy today on he 877 number, I now get back ordered on both order status pages....oh well....... No miracle today....
 
Finally!!! My CC charged. But 877 and online status still showing back-ordered.

Today was last day of shipping window, Now backordered

I had a shipping window for my 128gb sg of 10-31 to 111-11 and the status online and at 800# is now back ordered. No hope in sight from att customer support!:mad::mad:
 
So a Premier customer cannot purchase a iPhone from a Apple Store?

There was a time a number of years ago that someone with an
Individual/Premier account had to turn it off to pick up a iphone at an Apple Store. (And then re-add the discount back the next day)

That was fixed long ago.
 
I didn't check this thread before I ordered the 6 on att website and it said it would ship within 7 to 14 business days. I thought it wasn't that bad until I saw the 6 was available at EVERY Apple stores close to me. Cancelled the order today and picking the phone at Apple later.

When I was talking to the att rep, he was like "your phone is back ordered, I can understand you want to cancel and pick up at Apple Store"
 
Is anyone in the same boat as me?

Ordered 6+ SG 64gb 10/1. Online order has been "preparing to ship" since day 1. Estimated shipping window 11/10-11/18.

So i got mine through customer retentions. I was only 1 year into my 2 year contract. However the local apple store has the phone I want in stock. Has anyone who got their order through retentions been able to get their early eligibility restored and used in an apple store? I have a feeling im sort of stuck waiting with at&t.

We just received our iPhones today - ordered them October 10th.

Our iPhone 6 Pluses were listed to ship from 11/19-12/1, so I guess we won the early shipping lottery.

The iPhone 6 in our order was originally supposed to ship in October, and then changed to "Backordered." We weren't really sure what to expect all the way around.

Called AT&T to activate and they said it may take up to four hours due to volume...

Me too, but I got sick of waiting for it so I cancelled the order! Figure I can get one at an Apple Store somewhere in my travels, and maybe even before the iPhone 7 comes out!
Funny thing was, the day I cancelled it, they sent me a email saying they didn't know WHEN they could ship it and that I would be emailed when it did...that was AFTER I had cancelled. Not a peep from them until then though...

4 hours? I got mine at 4:30pm CST two and half weeks after ordering(6, 128GB) and called AT&T's automated number and was activated within 5 minutes.
 
Ordered 9/29 6+ SG 64GB. Shipping window 11/6-11/17. Still nothing. Apple.com still shows available to ship in 3-4 weeks. They've got to be changing the manufacturing process to address the bending. Supply has never been this terrible.

Istocknow shows a large cluster of Apple stores with stock in the US NE (basically North Carolina north, and Michigan/Ohio east). Nothing in the rest of the country.
 
Finally! CC was pending charged this morning. Ordered my 6+ 64GB SG on 09/25 Att Web... shipping dates given at 11/4-11/13.

How long i can receive my phone on hand.:rolleyes:

As far as the 6+'s, man are you lucky. My ship dates are the exact same 11/19 to 12/1, I suspect I won't hear anything until 11/30 or 12/1. I ordered a day after you October 11th.

My phone has shipped. It should be delivered on Monday.

My iPhone 6 took a little longer than 7-14 BUSINESS days that was quoted but including weekends it only took about two and half weeks. Not too bad. That was for a 128 GB SG iPhone 6.

That's what the automated message said, but like you, it only took about 10 minutes.

Ordered a 6 Plus (128gb Space Grey) on September 22nd from AT&T.

My estimated window was Oct. 28 thru Nov. 10.

I have gotten two emails, one on Nov. 8 and one today Nov. 13 from AT&T stating they are not sure when inventory will be in stock and I am listed as Back-Ordered. Even though they are sending emails, I always check the wireless order status page via AT&T's website and all I have listed there is Back-Ordered.

So aggravated, I just want my phone. :'-(
