AT&T Pre-order status

From reading through all these posts it seems like those that got in before 3AM EST are being pushed back with shipping times. Those who got in right after the official 3AM launch are getting shipping pushed closer. For the 6 plus at least. Maybe I am wrong.

I got my order in at 3:04 AM EST for 128GB silver 6 plus. My shipping dates went from 10/13 group to the 10/02 group several hours ago. I also think the ones that say back ordered will be the first to get them based on the 5 launch. Mine was back ordered and I received it on launch day.

We will all know more in the next three days. The dates should change and we should have them if you ordered in the first hour or so on launch day. I read somewhere that Apple spent 31 million dollars to have every commercial shipping plane delivering phones for the next two weeks. AT&T is prob just waiting on some of those planes to land and stock inventory.

I think I am. My dad gets a discount from his work but it's still our family's personal lines if that's what makes you a premier customer. The confirmation e-mail I got after ordering came from Premier. Which model did you order? I got a 6 in Space Gray 64 gig.

Yea, you're a premier if you receive a FAN discount.

I also ordered the IP6 64GB in Space Gray :cool:

This sounds correct to me as well. pretty sure the backorder 6+ phones will be the first round shipping and will be delivered on launch day.
 
I had a ship date of 10/3 to 10/13 and it went back 10/13 to 10/22

Ordered at 2:50 est

So mine went backward today but im not freaking

What time did you order? I can't recall too confidently when I got mine in as I had just waken up from a nap at the time, but I want to say I got it in before the official 3:00 a.m. time. Hopefully things are okay for us and we get our phones release day.
 
It's not so much we've gotten our dates pushed back as the fact they've bounced back and forth and back and forth by about one week increments. It's been very odd. We are Business Premier customers. My husband had tried to order via the Apple store App but it was dead in the water..he couldn't even get it to work at all just so he could be on time. So he tried the AT&T site a little before the official opening time and he said they were taking orders so he placed his.
 
Like many others, it seems, my estimated ship date jumped back to release day (estimated ship 17-18th). Funny watching so many people going through the same thing - told release day when we bought the phone in the whee hours of the morning, shipping time "slips" to the next week, then climbs back to release date. I'll just be happy to get my phone in my hands and I can stop refreshing my order status page. :rolleyes:

For reference, iPhone 6 - 64GB - Silver. Completed purchase around 2:10 AM Central.
 
I am wondering how many iPhone 6+ ordered are being fulfilled on launch day? As far as I saw, most of them are being shipped in early Oct

changed from 9/17-9/18 to pending confirmation on premier site
on att site it shows Pending Shipment

No actual shipping date shown at all........


I though I could get it on day one but now I don't know

I ordered around 2:50 AM. The confirmation email arrived at 4AM and my card was charged at 8:44AM.

I ordered before 3AM. I know I was already going back to bed around 3:05AM.

I think we're OK. This is my third iPhone that I ordered on release day (3GS & iPhone 5) and AT&T has always come through.
 
Ordered 6+ 64GB Space Grey ~ 3:05AM EST

Original confirmation screen had no ship date, original status on order tracking had Preorder Processing w/o ship date. Finally changed to a ship date of 10/13 - 10/22 later in the day Friday. Now says "Preorder Processing" with no ship date again. AMEX has been charged for full amount. I am also a Premier account holder.
 
Wonder if the same thing that happen a few years ago happen again where preorders got mixed up and some people got pushed to the back of the line.

I only placed my order at around 320am because the apple site wasn't working for me. I also have premier and a ship date of 10/3

Found a lot of posts about backorder in the iPhone 5 thread, and most of those people got it on launch day if that means anything.

I actually ordered just after 3am.
same situations as you.
Shipping date missing.
I am not surprised since it is at&t and premier......
 
Just something a little different, my iPhone 6 moved up to release day shipping and 6+ 16gb to 10/2-10/13 from mid-October. So it looks like they're still sorting things out.

I have the opposite issue with one of mine. I ordered a 6 (sg/128), and it was originally due to arrive 9/19. However, now ATT site says Backordered, with no further info (!!!!!)

OTOH, the 6+ I ordered (g/128) moved earlier, from 10/13-10/22 to 10/3-10/13.

I'm on hold with ATT griping about the situation with the 6, but I'm happy for the change to the 6+. Assuming it's accurate...
 
Ok, so I talk to At&t on the phone, they say all orders are to be fulfill in alphabetical order.
