AT&T Pre-order status

From the get go on the order page it told me it would be 14-21 day shipping, which I thought was extremely weird since there was no way it was backordered before it even began. Everyone else seemed to have problems getting through, but I was able to go through smoothly, check out, and get confirmation e-mail.

My status kept saying "Processing" every time I checked it up until a second ago when I just checked it, but now it says "Preparing to ship" with a 11/09 - 11/27 window

oh heck no.

How can they be preparing to ship it if it won't ship for 2 months? Close one box flap every other week?

Hopefully it's all just an unorganized system and I get it on launch. !

Yea i gave that one away. That being said, it was a mistake. If you care to press the issue we can certainly put it to the test :p

After all, being up ridiculous hours reading iphone iphone iphone iphone iphone.. And I was fortunate enough to say something stupid I could laugh at myself over.

And for the record - cut it off at a particular time and the west coasters would have the advantage realistically. However since their "is" no cut off time, and even shipping times are dynamic - the argument falls apart.

But yea.. My "intelligence quotient" test administered last year and interpreted via "bell curve diagram" was 139 which by my interpretation is pretty ***** smart. I'm pretty ***** proud of it too if ya can't tell. So insinuating anything otherwise is offensive and to be polite "unfair" based off such a simple mistake. The smartest man in the world can spell a word wrong.

Now that I'm done justifying my error - and emo'ing out over chastisement on the intarwebz, I'm off to watch witches of east end! Rawr.

I expect this thread to be stupid active early tomorrow afternoon for obvious reasons :p

I placed two separate orders for the 6+ 128gb gold. My first confirmation email came at 2:00 am CST and second at 2:02 am CST (for some reason it let me start the process at 3 minutes before 2am)

My first order had a date of 10/02-10/13 and second was 10/13-10/22 now second has changed to 10/02-10/13, which is better than 10/13 but not as good as 9/19

The thing about it, I have to wonder how many iPhone 6+ 128gb gold were sold in that first few minutes that led to the delay.

the coffee was over 180 degrees... third degree burns in 2-7 seconds at that temp. Home made coffee runs about 135-140. And it is generally to hot to drink immediately. They were negligent. Period.

Placed my order for iP6, 64G, SG at around 5PM EST, Sept.12 @ ATT.com. That's late, I know, but that's because all the orders I made at or around 3am were cancelled.
The estimated delivery date was Oct.13-Oct.31. It was back-ordered today, but it was changed back to Oct.13 - Oct.31. I don't know if I should be happy or not, since I'm definitely expecting to arrive earlier than that.
 
My order just bumped up from mid October to:



People just need to let all these systems update. My original email said 9/19. I think they just had later dates the stays pages.i ordered on premier fan page.

I got the same through my corp Premier site which traditionally has far exceeded expectations (i.e. shipped on launch date despite what the delivery date starts at). However, it's never been a month out at the onset before. I'll cancel if it doesn't ship for launch date arrival.

Using that logic no company should ever be responsible for someone getting hurt unless they physically were there at the time and actually forced the person to get hurt, by pushing them or pouring something on them or the like. You make no sense. Open your eyes and you will see.. ;)

Yeah, mine was ordered via Premier as well. I hope there will be a bump in delivery date or I will be really frustrated.
 
my shipping date was 9/28 to 10/3 has just been updated to 9/17 to 9/18.

Same scenario as Iphone 5
 
Patiently, OK not so patiently, waiting for the tracking to update with phone number. This has never worked for me in the past, I was hoping this time it would be different. I got my Serial Number, Preparing for Shipment, Build Date, just wondering if it's in China or the US. In the end it doesn't matter because either way it will be here Friday, but tracking sure is fun.

CC Preauthorized full amount Saturday Morning still hasn't posted as paid as of Sunday 6:30p.m. pst

i think most people here are people who ordered through AT&T on this thread, but glad to see a 6+ coming on friday

Ah lucky! Mine was at 23rd to the first but hanged to pending all day so I was hoping it was going to be get bumped but now its just back to the same dates :mad:
 
6+64 gb sg ordered at 2:56 est went from 10/13-10/22 to backorder to 10/13-10/22... still not worried. System still seems to be wacky with them, but Im glad to see some people can relax now that they have a Friday date.

WHAT GIVES, MAN?

Did this happen to anyone else?

I even got the confirmation e-mail on the 11th at 11:58pm PST
 
They could simply be adjusting for cancellations-moving people up in line as they receive cancellations.

Are you a premier customer ? When I ordered the IP5, that happened to me, but I did get the phone on release date.

Hi,

I got the order in at 3:54am after waiting forever for Apple. Original status was "preparing for shipment, shipment 9/23-10/2".

Even with the truck in confirmation email claiming the 19th. Now's it says 9/17-9/18 and has a new shipment field... assuming this is all good? (No tracking number yet)

Do I need to do anything special to keep my unlimited data? thanks!!

My order was placed on backorder earlier today. I ordered at 2:45am EST. got confirmation at 2:49am. I checked again and now it's back to preparing to ship. My previous date was 10/2 - 10/13 now it is 9/18. Be calm people.
