AT&T Pre-order status

No shipping email yet

I ordered 3 phones , went through at about 3:30 am pst from at&t
the orders show up in my orders but i have yet to receive an email saying when they will be shipped

Just an FYI... I ordered before the 12:01 am launch...
I didn't try to cheat the system like you accused us of, ATT just happen to had a small glitch in their system and we just happen to see it. The glitch was ATTs fault and its not like i tried to hack the system just to preorder before launch. I think you need to be more careful with your choice of words... thanks

This. LOL, anyone would have placed an order if allowed before preorder time. No one is cheating here. It's a damn phone, people say the darnest things.

Some promising news on the Oct 1-7 delivery dates, many are getting bumped up. Expedited shipping on these orders. I wouldn't be shocked if they are shipped perhaps Thursday, Friday (MAYBE earlier??). With a delivery date of 9/22-9/26
 
just to report: my shipping date on the phone ordered 12th at 4am EST 6-64-grey moved up from Sept 21-23 to shipping the 18th.

The same type of phone was ordered 8pm EST on the 12th and still showing first week of October.

Dates are moving up, as many had speculated they would.

I have 128g iPhone 6+. Mine also
Said back order all day. Now back to original ship dates. 10/13-10/22. Same as u
 
Woo, been a long time since I've posted here.

I ordered my iPhone 6 (128GB Gold) right when pre-orders were avail on AT&T's site. The next day, I got texts saying my credit card didn't go through. After contacting (or trying to contact..) Premier, was met with no help as they weren't in that day. I went to the AT&T store and was told they couldn't cancel it, BUT that Premier WOULD be open the next morning. I gave them a call and they said someone would call me back monday (today, this morning) about the issue.

Is there any chance that once I get this whole thing cleared up this morning, my phone will still ship on launch date? My CC was charged and there is no issue that I can find, so I'm going to be pretty mad if AT&T pushes my phone back until November because of their issue.
 
Hmm I didn't manage to get my order in until around 4:30am CDT, but my ship date was (and has remained) 9/19. I ordered the regular 6 though, so maybe that's why.

Updated my CC info over the automated system though....seems they have changed my order date from the 12th to the 13th now!
Shipping has estimated date of 11/9-11/27!!! So pissed
I now have two charges from ATT on my card!?
One for $299 & $325.86...waiting for 7am to speak with someone.
 
My shipping status shows ready to ship. I called and the automated machine says that it's in back order. My delivery date is 11/09 - 11/22. This is truly a nightmare.

They asked, I answered. He has a date though. Probably others as well but 1)they either don't have UPS Choice and are unaware or 2) are not on the forum 24/7 like others to update everyone, 3) their updates are getting lost among chaos like that one was.

There's no rhyme or reason to any of this.
 
We all need to relax. Will eventually get our iphones

My wife ordered our 6 (64 space grey) and 6+ (64 gold) right when peordering opened.

1st batch of email confirmations said:
6 delivery date - 9/19 GREAT!
6+ delivery date- 10/3 - 10/13 Good.

2nd batch of email confirmations said:
6 delivery - 10/22 - 10/29 WTF!!!!!
6+ - same.

Latest emails:
6 - 9/17 -9/18 HELL YEA!!!
6+ - same.

This just means that your iPhone has been paid for and allocated by the system and will ship when it's ready. The date can obviously fluctuate a bit given cancellations, etc.

That's never been in doubt, silly boy. Relax yourself. The question is... when.

I preordered my black iPhone 6+ 128GB w/ATT from the Apple app and got the confirmation email at 3:31am. Several people have pointed out orders after mine, but are confirmed for the 19th. But here's what mine reads:

Shipment 1 Available to ship: 7- 10 business days
Delivers: Oct 1 - Oct 6 by Standard Shipping

Same boat here. I can't believe that because we give ATT our business that we are screwed like this.🙁

I got charged for mine and then two days later the money was back so AT&T was checking to make sure the funds were available as I ordered at 2:41 CST and my date shows 10/2 for shipping and I'm sorry but pre order means just that you should get yours before people standing in line and now the people who go to the store on launch day will get one and I have to wait almost two weeks to get mine and AT&T doesn't care it's their glitch and they say I DIDN'T ORDER IN TIME and when I explain the issue THEY DON'T CARE!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER order form AT&T when there is a new phone out as they cannot handle EVER the load capacity as they KNEW that this would be a big launch and they were NOT prepared as even Apple is sending people vouchers so they will get their phone on the 19th!!
 
Well I see my order status has changed again on AT&T. From (16GB) pending shipment and (64GB) backordered, to preparing to ship with date of 9/23-10/2 again. Man their systems are crazy.

Folks: how are you being screwed? It's barely Monday (in the US), give the ship dates a few days to sort out. If you don't get your phone on 9/19, then you may have an issue.

There's been many stories of phones being shipped with status still showing pending or estimates still showing delays.
 
Friday: I ordered my iPhone 6+ 64gb at 4:20am and showed a pending 10/31-11/11 later in the day. then a of text came in and my cc was charged the full price.

Saturday: only a text came with the same info as Friday.

Sunday: Yeah! It says Preparing to Ship and my shipping date moved to 10/13 - 10/22. Wait, I'm going on vacation that week 🙁

Anyway it will move up again? I've always ordered from Apple and their date is always solid.
