How about someone from Atomic hopping on the fourms here and give us an
answer before we order a case and find out we wont get for a long time or at all? I would like to order one i think they look great.
 
I ordered a case on 12/05 and have yet to receive it. They processed my payment within seconds and I immediately got this message "NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable." Needless to say, I cannot cancel my order. After countless emails I finally asked for a refund and I got a response last Thursday and all it said was "ships Friday" and that was it. Checked my order status and still says "pending shipment". At this point I don't want it anymore. I don't doubt that this is a nice case as everyone has stated but their customer service ruined this case for me. I will not provide this company with free advertising by using this case. They processed my payment and obviously they did not have sufficient stock. They should have informed people that this was a pre-order. It appears that I'm not the only one that this has happened to.

We are kind of in the same boat. I ordered on 12/3. Same model, black/gunmetal.. Mine says still processing. I asked for a tracking number today. No response. I guess since they did not ship out yesterday, atomic is not responding. Do you know when they are located? Or where they ship from? I want to check them out with the Better Business online services. See if there are any complaints?
 
Sorry, I don't know where they are located. I guess that's what I get for ordering from a company that doesn't have their phone number and address on their website. I assumed it was ok since so many people have ordered and received their case. You know what they say about when you assume things.

They are in Hollywood, Florida - they are overwhelmed at the moment - no excuse, just the truth - I suppose that's what happens when you have the only 100% working case for web, phone AND GPS. And no, I don't give a hoot if you buy one or not....get whatever works for you.
 
Thanks for the information glen. My problem is they already have my money. I'm not bashing the case, obviously I thought it was a good one since I ordered it. I don't like the way the company does business that's all.

We are STILL processing shipments. I have set aside yours and a few others to EXPEDITE. It was too late for FEDEX pick up / and drop off at the Fort Lauderdale facility on Friday. Nevertheless,
I am fedex-overnighting yours and few others Monday. I will email you the tracker for the label in a few minutes. In addition, pick 2 color caps, I will enclose it in for you to switch it up.

That's not true. Plenty of cases work perfectly. Did you mean aluminum cases? Well this one is only 25% aluminum, 75% plastic (delrin is plastic), so it should work.

I believe its 25% aluminum and 25% carbon, 25% delrin, 25% graphite = 100% works all the time everywhere the phone would work naked including gps, bt, wifi, and 3g.

Glad to hear that they are trying to make things right for you. Makes me feel better about my order. Does your order status still say processing or did it change to shipped? Mine still says processing but I'm hopeful that it shipped Friday like they said it would.

split hairs all you want - it's the only case THAT IS IN THE ALUM DESIGN TYPE out there that in ANY signal situation that works 100%. Every test of others here and on you tube always peppers the test with "only 1 bar down" "works for me in my good signal area" and other comments. You can take an hybrid anywhere and be assured you have all three signals working perfectly. Like I said, I'm not cheerleading atomic, I'll buy a Element hybrid when it comes out. I'm just not doing any faraday cage aluminum jobs as they all "kinda work well".
 
Finally got an email with tracking. According to the tracking number, they will overnight it for me. Which is nice since that wasn't what I paid for. Nothing about extra caps but I'm fine with that.

Hope so, but I think you'd better confirm that. I Finally got my email responded with a tracker. But it says it is scheduled to be shipped on Dec 19th. Before that I emailed them twice saying that I want to confirm that my order shipped with a tracker, if not I want to cancel and refund my order since they told me my case will ship on Friday latest. Right now, it turns out they broke their promises and gave me a new tracker not shipped. even though it will ship today, I just can't say I agree with the way they do things. At least honest is necessary.

Well, thanks for the tip ;) I just want the Atomic Team notice the voice from customers. Am I too harsh? Anyway I'm still happy the case's comin', bet you guys too.

Hey atomic cheerleader, where were you this past few days when all these people have problems with atomic CS. Didn't you always praise their customer service as the best and quick to bash element for not answering their emails. Now you have the nerve to come on here to tell people not to think negative when atomic took their money and didn't send them their cases and not answering email? Are you not embarrass posting that?

I think they are the only ones who has been hearing the voice from customers. I mean the newest case simply works. Dammit, Ok been lazy but time to post some pics.
 
Finally got my Tracking # from Fed ex.:D:D Maybe I will have a nice case to show off this Christmas.:cool:

Actually, there are thousands of non-members that read these forums every day and some of them make their purchasing decisions based on what they read so it does impact the company's sales. For example, I won't buy the blade case because more than one person has posted about the sharp edges on the back.

My point is, it sounds like Atomic has a winner in this hybrid case (that's why I purchased it) and other companies are scrambling to copy the design. Why ruin it with your CS. Why not capitalize on that and do everything you can to please your current and future costumers. Why does it take four emails and a request for a refund to finally get a response. If they would have responded that they ran into an unexpected delay I would have been good with that. As a small business owner I understand that things almost never go as planned. When that happens the first thing I do is contact our clients and most of the time they are understanding and will return for more business. The last thing I do is ignore our clients, no matter how busy we are.

As you can tell I have finished my Christmas shopping and have nothing better to do then to write in this forum.

After four answered emails over a week. It's pretty obvious people at atomic don't care about cs!

I guess you have a reading comprehension problem. Read my comment in correct context. He was thinking negative about whether he is or isn't receiving the case. Looks like he and others are receiving them. Its apparent Xmas coming is causing delays. Who the hell said anything about not to talk negative about them.

So before you call me a cheerleader, read in context you hater. 99% of your posts are hating and hating. Not sure what your problem is and how you're affected by Atomic or other brands but wake up.....this is a cell phone case not a pace maker. Kill the drama.

But if I am a cheerleader for Atomic, then I guess I am cheerleader for Apple, and Audi too...just love their products.
