I guess you have a reading comprehension problem. Read my comment in correct context. He was thinking negative about whether he is or isn't receiving the case. Looks like he and others are receiving them. Its apparent Xmas coming is causing delays. Who the hell said anything about not to talk negative about them.

So before you call me a cheerleader, read in context you hater. 99% of your posts are hating and hating. Not sure what your problem is and how you're affected by Atomic or other brands but wake up.....this is a cell phone case not a pace maker. Kill the drama.

But if I am a cheerleader for Atomic, then I guess I am cheerleader for Apple, and Audi too...just love their products.

Seriously, anyone can tell from reading all your previous posts that you're their cheerleader. I'm just annoyed that all you cheerleaders love to bash other aluminum cases but when it come to atomic either about their bad CS or whatever you guys have no problem. Delrin is plastic. No one is spinning it. Delrin, carbon, graphite is a composite, no spin needed.

Understand what you read. Comprehend it before you respond. You are making yourself look immature.

A.No..could be a lot better.

A.No - they answer my emails, and were before I started posting here. When I initially wrote them that their billet case sucked and I want to return, they wrote they were sending me a hybrid. Arrived as promised.

Q.Are they overwhelmed?
A. Absolutely, guessing they have 2-4 times orders vs supply

Q.How do I know that?
A. A friend that owns a few gadget stores inquired about taking on the product - they are interested, but his opin after going there face to face is they are SWAMPED with orders - after doing a complete 180 turnaround in a very short time and adding a case that works, vs the other guys that still are trying to sell the same crap that have signal issues. I believe Habeeb here has done a writeup of how they are attacking this issue.

Q. Would buy from them again?
A. Yes, but would assume fulfillment would be slow going now due to the sales explosion they have had. Again, as they have the only case that works 100% in bad signal areas, I would not buy anywhere else.

And being swamped is no excuse for not responding to people's e-mails. If they are that busy with orders, then surely they have the money to hire some people to answer some e-mails. They may have a case that works, but who cares? What will they do when other companies catch on (and they will)?

I like the case, and have gotten many compliments because of it, but seeing some of these complaints, I'm not sure if I would recommend the company to friends. I'd feel awful if they ordered and had these issues.

Glad to hear it, I got an email from Unni this morning with my tracking number. It doesn't register yet but I'm hoping it will tomorrow, guessing mine will be overnighted as I ordered 3 weeks ago. Pretty sweet you get a couple extra caps, wish I was given that option, maybe there will be something extra with mine :D Anyways, I'm just glad that my case is finally shipping, can't wait to get it.

I want to preface this by saying that I didn't have any problems with the order process. When I ordered it said on the website it would be 2-3 weeks before shipping, so the delay was expected. I received it about 3 weeks after I ordered it, and haven't had any issues with it.

But as a consumer, I don't care if they are swamped. It's not a good enough excuse. I can understand delays because of it, but if they can't pin down when orders will be shipped, than they shouldn't be taking people's money. Obviously they aren't too busy for that.

And being swamped is no excuse for not responding to people's e-mails. If they are that busy with orders, then surely they have the money to hire some people to answer some e-mails. They may have a case that works, but who cares? What will they do when other companies catch on (and they will)?

I guess I am kind of confused by your statement. Have you ever dealt with Element? Wait 3 months to place your order then wait 26 more days in my case to get a nickel case for my daughter. But yet nobody says anything about their customer service and people continue to order their products. I was so unhappy with my case because of the hideous color it turned after a few days and they would not answer my emails or anything. It took me getting PayPal involved to get my money back and I sent them their case back. Now I understand that Atomic is probably swamped, but that is no excuse for not answering emails. Personally, I had no problem with my orders, I ordered and they showed up about 3 weeks later, pretty much like they said they would. But when you place an order and is written in plain English that it will take 10-14 business days, what are you guys getting mad at? They gave you fair warning and yet the gripping continues. If you don't want to wait and for this case, demand a refund but I see people praising the e13 case and after using mine for a little while now, it has several drawbacks!! It's not the miracle cure case that everyone is saying it is. My phone is ALWAYS a bar down or around 8 db's no matter where i go. My wifi has dropped significantly in distance and speed, I rarely see 3 bars anymore on my wifi even if I am in the same room. My 3g speed is affected by quite a bit also let alone the gps issues of locking in and its also not being completely accurate. I am not bashing any company, but if everyone thinks that the e13 is the aluminum case that has 0 negative affects is sorely mistaken!! That is as far as I am going with the e13 case.

Again I am not understanding your complaints! You got your case in the time frame they allotted and you said it looks great and functions great so what exactly is the problem? They fulfilled their end of the deal, why are you unhappy? It just baffles me that they give you a fair warning BEFORE you order then you complain about the time it takes to show up! It's a phone case people, go buy a otterbox or something like that if you need it right now because if they are having delays, that's usually a good thing. That means that alot of people are placing orders, so a short wait is not that big of a deal.

Maybe you are late to the game, but there were pages and pages of complaints about their customer service. Return e-mails, slow refunds, the like. Do people continue to buy? Yes. Would I? No.

The whole point of my statement was that being swamped is no excuse for horrible customer service, especially when they have your money. That would apply to Element as well. Even if they are upfront about delays, they should continue to respond to e-mails. I am in sales and work on 100% commission. If my customer service was even half as bad as some of these companies, I would be living on the street. There is just no good excuse for any legitimate company not answering e-mails within a timely period.

FYI, when I ordered it stated 3 days not the 10-14 "in plain English" as you stated therefore I do have a legitimate gripe. If it would of said 10-14 days then I wouldn't be whining.

no arguement with not taking money until they have product...std good business practice is to not hit the card until they ship...

Do you own a case? Have you placed an order with them? And why do they need to email you, they said you would have it in a certain time and from what I have seen and my experience they meet their timeframe. What's the point of a email? To tell you that your case is not quite ready yet? It's a waste of their time to answer emails all day. As long as you get your case in the time frame that is all that should matter.

Hey scelzifan(aka atomicfan) Why all of a sudden the performance of your El3ctron case dropped significantly? That's not what you said in the El3ctron case review thread. Here's what you'd said.

"The finish is EXCELLENT, the fit is terrific also. I am not really going into specific's on performance because I have only been using it a few hours but the signal only dropped maybe 5 db's or so, very very minimal. GPS was pretty accurate, it did take a few seconds longer to lock on to me than usual but once it did, it followed me perfectly. Wifi is also unaffected, my speed is just like it was with the apple bumper. No 3G to test it with yet but overall, this case is terrific."

I hope you don't work in customer service, because you wouldn't last very long. I do, and we get DFQ all of the time. Just because we think it is a DFQ doesn't mean I can ignore it. It's a part of running a business. Someone who has given you money asks you a question, you answer it. This is not rocket science. I was responding originially to GlenE (nothing personal :D) who stated that the company was swamped and that was causing some delays. Obviously they are overpromising some people. I'm just saying these people deserve some type of response.

Your right I did say all that but I also said I had only had the case a few hours. I've had it now for going on two weeks and I have actually got to see it perform in all area's! Everything I said is 100% accurate. The guys at e13 and I get along fine but the case does have it's drawbacks, plain and simple!! And your always and I mean always coming into the atomic threads and starting trouble, that's all you do. If your so unhappy with atomic and they have such bad business ethics then why do you keep clicking on this thread?? Your grudge seems personal for some reason! Pretty rediculous if you ask me!!

Don't worry, I am not in customer service. Although I do work with customers but most of them have some logic, they don't just come here to fight. This forum is worse than highschool!

I'll tell you what, I'll take my wires phone with the atomic on it and mine with the e13 on it and do a side by side comparison! How's that? Fair enough right, you can't manipulate the numbers but I can already tell you what your response will be!! The hybrid is plastic blah blah. That's your only defense. Seriously man, get a life will ya? Cause I'm tired of reading your posts on every thread because they are always negative and carry no weight!!

I can do one. But like I said, I have seen it for the last 2 weeks. Everywhere my wife and I go she ALWAYS has a better signal than me, her 3g speeds are better and her wifi distance and speeds are better. I have no reason to lie about any of this, facts are facts. And another thing about the e13 is you can BARELY get a pair of headphones in the case, I mean you really have to shove it in to get it to lock down. Besides that, the case is good looking, it does perform pretty well but it just does not compare to the hybrid. I am sorry if that makes people mad but its the truth. I will be more than happy to do a side by side comparison with the two cases and let everyone see for them selves but like I said, people are going to say the usual stuff like it should work better, its not all aluminum. People need to get over that, the fact is that the hybrid has 0 negative effects on my wife's phone. Its only downfall is that it's not dock-able so we had to buy an extender, big deal.

Why am I not surprised that you showed up!! Just be honest here, your only mad at atomic because they refused to sell you their product, plain and simple!! They refunded your money and you keep trying to order and they just kept refunding. I think that is hilarious, I guess you mouth overloaded your butt huh? Funny you hate the company and the case but yet you tried to order it 3 different times. Your just mad because they wouldn't sell you a case. You can blame that completely on your shoulders, people can go back and read your negative posts from a few months ago when you bashed the company, the product and then the owner. You dug your own grave on this one, I don't think anyone feels sorry for you. But if you want me to I will take some pictures and send them to you so you can see what the case actually looks like since you will never own one!!;)
