Kai Kai there is no use talking or even trying to reason with then. It is very obvious they work for or are somehow connected to atomic, unless they are complete fanboys which could also be the case.

They don't understand or won't admit that no one is really arguing atomic's product but simply the company has really bad customer service) Is slow to respond or communicate with customers, and sends numerous people to forums to act like normal people to defend their products and company. (not making any judgements here whether it is right or wrong just the facts)

I gave up on atomic true it works but they don't like when they get called out in a public forum. I actually got an email from them referencing my "negative post" in a public forum.

Anyone looking for an alternative sgp neo hybrid ex in gunmetal with the gunmetal back looks better, is cheaper, and ship quicker.

If your set on the atomic, no worries your perogative, but know there is some major customer service issues that go with them.

Ok so here you go again. If there is no use "talking to them," what the heck are you doing here? I am 1800 miles from Atomic's one center and 2900 miles from the other, and am not on their payroll, nor do I know any of them personally. Do some research online and you will see they are selling in masses world wide, and huge retail stores in Southeast Asia. I have been in close communication with them and my personal experience dealing with them is fantastic. They say what they are going to do. If you ask, you shall receive. I agree the wait is aggravating to many, but from what I have been told, they are going thru rapid growing pains with dedicated CS staffing vs. growth. You take any of these small mom and pop or 2 garage guys' aluminum case manufacturers like e13 and element, etc..(not flaming any of them and wish them luck) and throw thousands and thousands of orders at them each and every month, guess what? You and your chronies will be coming here bashing them too!

My suggestion is to email them specific questions on their customer service and hear it from their mouth (or keyboard) rather than these small time internet bullies who pass judgement without understanding.

From my understanding, and you can quote me as I have an email stating this..."Same and next day shipping will be available within 2 weeks"...that was 4 days go.

Why am I not surprised that you showed up!! Just be honest here, your only mad at atomic because they refused to sell you their product, plain and simple!! They refunded your money and you keep trying to order and they just kept refunding. I think that is hilarious, I guess you mouth overloaded your butt huh? You forget people can go back and read all your negative posts about atomic. I own a atomic, an e13 and a blade and I work for atomic? Interesting business strategy I must have.

Thanks, it was a toss up between blue, orange and the lime. Lime seemed to be the most vibrant. The orange from some of the pics looked copper-ish.

You should be able to switch without a problem. They are pretty good in that regard.

As for the pissing matches, while I agree that some of these people (those for and against the product) both handled things terribly, one thing that did strike my attention is that some of these people have received different products than others.

Take NancyZ for instance. This person (not sure if female or male due to being referenced as a male before, not trying to offend in that regard) already has the F1 Carbon Backplate that Atomic has yet to release and seemed to be able to overall get their products quicker. Also, their cases have zero gaps at the joints and their metal lines up perfectly with the hybrid portion of the frame.

Now I'm not saying that they are affiliated with Atomic, but it does looks fishy. Same with a few of the other people that have slowly dropped off in their fanboy-ism. While I'm all for supporting a good product and hating on crappy ones, a few people here took it way too far.

I will say though, that the case does work. I hated their first version as it killed my reception but this case works. While my case works, the place where the two pieces join does not line up correctly no matter how I do it and the metal cap is obviously smaller than the delrin/hybrid frame portion which is probably why it won't line up.

Again the product does work and I can recommend it personally, just with those caveats.

When I placed my order a month ago I asked about the f1 carbon and it was available then. I got one f1 and one regular with the apple cutout. I think you just have to ask. If I remember right it was like 30 bucks extra though and I am not even using it, I like the other one better. But i think anyone can order if you just ask. Now my case doesn't fit that snug though, my white one is close but I don't know if its that snug or maybe its just his or her camera, who knows. Mine still fits good though so I can't complain. But I don't think anything has been posted to raise any flags with anyone. I mean, I honestly have the same stuff he has just different colors so if people want the f1, just ask if its still available.

I just asked for it, and they asked to pay an additional $10 for the F1. I am Mark. My wife registered this account so I use it as well.

Yes I did receive a gapped frame at first, but I never blasted them here. I sent an email to them and started some dialogue back and forth. they are easy going people there without the red tape.

I just got the replacement. It does line up perfect and the finish is much better than the previous version. The F1 should be available soon on their site but they are working out some mass production adhesive issues, and I think want to release the plate with the apple cut out on it, rather than solid back. They had some F1 prototypes I guess which is what I have. I did see some sketches as well on the full body case which i would love to share but was told not to. I am not affiliated rather just email them often for updates. I am sure anyone here can as well. They are nice to deal with once you get dialogue. I have been talking to Unni and Elizabeth.

Most importantly, the case works and looks great.

Yeah, their site doesn't seem to be updated as quickly as it could be because they do sell you stuff that isn't 'officially' released on the site if you just ask via email. For example, nowhere on the site was the actual option to order spare caps but I just asked about it and they told me the price. I also wanted a white delrin and green cap setup which isn't offered as an option on the site. They told me to send the payment via PayPal with those colors specified and they'd send them out.

Downside to that is no shipping info yet and they have yet to respond to my last email.

Still excited to get the case though.

They are not responding today. On Sunday, they gave me a tracking number via email. The Item was suppose to ship yesterday via FEDEX overnight. I called Fed ex today to see if they had any updated information. It seems that Atomic just sent fedex infor for a label. Never did ship the package. The FEDEX CS rep said they have the label, just waiting for the box to ship it. I am really getting Upset with this situation. I have order from many companies all over the world, and have never had this experience. Even odering from dubious people off Ebay. I sent atomic a email today. No response in the last 3 hours.
