Kai Kai there is no use talking or even trying to reason with then. It is very obvious they work for or are somehow connected to atomic, unless they are complete fanboys which could also be the case.
They don't understand or won't admit that no one is really arguing atomic's product but simply the company has really bad customer service) Is slow to respond or communicate with customers, and sends numerous people to forums to act like normal people to defend their products and company. (not making any judgements here whether it is right or wrong just the facts)
I gave up on atomic true it works but they don't like when they get called out in a public forum. I actually got an email from them referencing my "negative post" in a public forum.

If your set on the atomic, no worries your perogative, but know there is some major customer service issues that go with them.
Ok so here you go again. If there is no use "talking to them," what the heck are you doing here? I am 1800 miles from Atomic's one center and 2900 miles from the other, and am not on their payroll, nor do I know any of them personally. Do some research online and you will see they are selling in masses world wide, and huge retail stores in Southeast Asia. I have been in close communication with them and my personal experience dealing with them is fantastic. They say what they are going to do. If you ask, you shall receive. I agree the wait is aggravating to many, but from what I have been told, they are going thru rapid growing pains with dedicated CS staffing vs. growth. You take any of these small mom and pop or 2 garage guys' aluminum case manufacturers like e13 and element, etc..(not flaming any of them and wish them luck) and throw thousands and thousands of orders at them each and every month, guess what? You and your chronies will be coming here bashing them too!
My suggestion is to email them specific questions on their customer service and hear it from their mouth (or keyboard) rather than these small time internet bullies who pass judgement without understanding.
From my understanding, and you can quote me as I have an email stating this..."Same and next day shipping will be available within 2 weeks"...that was 4 days go.
