I sent them an email this afternoon to find out when they were shipping my replacement case. Got a response shortly after saying it had been sent out today via FedEx 2-Day. And the rep included an extra cap that I had asked about purchasing. So even though it took a lot of nagging, I'm satisfied.
 
I have to agree on similar in size, with the exception of the top and bottom of the Atomic is chunkier/taller. I can dock/charge the e13ctron case in a Griffin Power Duo, without dock inserts and without the need for a 30pin extender. The Atomic will require the adapter. They are indeed both good cases, with no cellular reception impact and no noticeable gps impact, in my area. Here are a few pictures of my phone in the atomic and the wife's with a purple/purple combo e13ctron.

They are not responding today. On Sunday, they gave me a tracking number via email. The Item was suppose to ship yesterday via FEDEX overnight. I called Fed ex today to see if they had any updated information. It seems that Atomic just sent fedex infor for a label. Never did ship the package. The FEDEX CS rep said they have the label, just waiting for the box to ship it. I am really getting Upset with this situation. I have order from many companies all over the world, and have never had this experience. Even odering from dubious people off Ebay. I sent atomic a email today. No response in the last 3 hours.:mad::mad:

If my order is any indication, I'd say you guys should expect some movement soon. FedEx was given the tracking info for my order around noon today and three hours later the package was picked up.
 
Have to say what they did was way too bad. They told me mine would ship on last Friday then Sunday then told me had been picked up on Monday. But my tracker still not trackable right now. All I know is that you can never trust them. How I wish I had never purchased their product cause this is my worst purchasing experience either. But after ordering there is no way back. Although I have had some hope with them, right now I don't have any.
 
I put an order in on the 27th of November, I'm beginning to wonder if there site is a fraud, i emailed them 4 times and still no response! I'm giving them till the 26th before I report the charge I got as fraud! Screw the Hybrid case. They might be nice cases but there customer service is crap!

I got an email earlier today that it had shipped and I should expect it today. Late this evening, I get an email saying the following " I sent a duplicate order just in case overnight. Didnt want to screw this up in case it was a xmas gift or something."

I just responded requesting a tracking number. We shall see.
 
I hope you all get your cases, this reminds of the element thread. Sometimes it is true companies print larges batches of labels and then ship at the end of the week, but it sucks being left in the dark, like I said I'm sure your cases will make it at some point as no one can accuse atomic of blatantly stealing money.
 
Seeing all the recent posts of people actually getting tracking numbers and still no delivery has now got me worried. Even the no responses to emails sent to them is looking bad too.
I was excited since they said in a couple of recent emails that my cases shipped last Friday, but no arrival yet. Are they actually shipping these expedited or just ground?

Keep your fingers cross and request a new tracking number. The first tracking number Unni sent me was just a label. It appears nothing was given to FEDEX for shipment. When I called FEDEX yesterday and talked to someone. FEDEX confirmed the label and the destination. FEDEX were still waiting for a package to ship to me. Unni, from Atomic sent me a new tracking number this morning. The package departed Hollywood, FL. Last seen in Memphis,TN. heading this way. I am :D:D now. Keep the Faith, and keep emailing them. You paid good money for those cases.
 
Some good news. I received the case today. Guess when the order status on atomic web site says partially shipped it means it. As I did not receive the Carb001-0001 Carbon Fiber Texture Plate - With Apple Logo. I paid $14.99 for it. Kind of disappointed, but over all glad I got the case. Plus they threw in 2 extral color caps.

They don't answer emails, lie about shipment, and refused to give me a refund because they said my product was shipped out when it obviously wasn't.

I ordered at the end of November, was told i'll have it in 10 days. I am still yet to receive my case.

At this point I'd rather have my money back and go somewhere else.

Anyone who is looking to buy a new case save yourself the hassel from ordering from these guys and go somewhere else. Plenty of awesome new cases out there from companies with good customer service

You may have brought me luck, I just received confirmed tracking info from FedEx. I hope it arrives as scheduled and the order is right. Thx Iskeys!!

Whenever I emailed them I put both the escalations and sales addresses on the senders list and funny enough it was always the sales address that responded.

In any event, FedEx is showing a package waiting at my house so Atomic kept their promise (mostly) to send me the replacement case quickly.
 
i don't get why you guys are so upset about this. they've made the only functional aluminum body case, and you expect things to go smoothly for them? they probably haven't had a chance to update their website or answer any emails because they're too busy trying to fill orders.

there was one time on head-fi where there was this one IEM that everyone wanted to try, and the only american reseller got so swamped that he stopped responding to emails instantly (it wasn't even his main job), and people started to flip on him. give it time and your case will get here. if you don't get your case, ever, then its okay to bitch. but for the time being, give them a break.

Finally got a chance to take a look at the replacement case they sent me and the frame fits well. However, now there's a problem with the caps. Somewhere along the line they changed the holes for the screws because now the heads aren't flush with the cap when screwed in. I don't think this is the problem; however this version of the cap just doesn't fit with the frame when it's on the phone. I've tried both caps they sent me and it's impossible to align the cap and frame and have all four screws in completely.
