also don't expect a refund if you're planning a return. these guys state satisfaction gaurenteed, well i'm here unsatisfied that the majority of my charging cables are now useless. for example, docks don't work and most especially my connector in my car that's hooked up to my navi which display my iPhone is unusable. don't get me wrong, the case is sweet, but its pretty tedious when i have to unscrew/screw the case everytime i need to charge/play music in my car or if i have to access the sim card to activate my other idevices. in the end, this case is not for me. i emailed them and they came back stating "You can get an adapter. There are a few good ones on the market." so im expected to purchase something which they don't offer and i can't find. no thanks, on to the next one. so if anyone is interested in black/gunmetal hit me up and ill assure you i can ship/respond faster than these can.
