Fine as in they show it as good enough for non replacement or fine that the battery health is above 90%?

She told me that it was running as expected. I assume that means it still in good health. She acted as if I should not being having any batter issues at all.

As far as I'm aware the same notifications come through just apps will have to refresh first before loading up.

Oh no your good on notifications. I was thinking if complications. I don’t think the weather complication will update without background refresh.

Same for calendar? might be worth switching it on for those then

I have the infograph as my watch face and the world clock updates but unless it's for just apps.

I would turn the calendar back on. As far as I know, they need the background refresh to update.

On the 3rd full cycle ... first day at work with the watch, so normal use.

Usage: 1h 43m

I think I read somewhere that anything that is on the watch face as a complication automatically background refreshes ... I could be wrong though. But it might make sense to make sure the complications update accordingly.

Think I will leave background refresh on for now then see where it's at at 7am when I finish work. I'm going gym at 1am so will see how much it drops after an hour of workouts.

I just looked it up, your right. If you have the complication it Over rides the background refresh and updates.

Keep us posted. Check out my last post. You could turn background refresh off, but if will refresh your complications.

Very good. Do let us know what size you have and what settings you have tweaked

44mm SS SB. Display brightness set to 2nd bar.... all notifications are on at the moment as I find out what they do.... including coaching etc.

Charging seems reasonably fast. when it's at 40%, it takes about 1hr to get back to 100%

Edit. Background refresh on for everything at the moment

-------------------
4hrs 24mins usage with 22hrs & 28mins standby with 41% left.

Getting great battery from the S4 watch. Coming from S0 where I would struggle to get a full day to having a watch where I will get two days is a massibe upgrade for me. Easily get through a full days use without worrying about needing to boost it up with a mid day charge.

I'm also coming from a Series 0 and have been blown away by battery life so far. Looks like I'll get two days of use between charges. Very impressed.

4 hours 10 mins of usage, standby 23 hours 32 minutes, 54 % left.

going gym shortly and my battery is on 44%...hmmm

be interesting what it will drop to when I go to the gym

AutoSleep is also really good! Most people use that. I actually have both, and see anywhere from 10-15% drop in battery. Nothing like what your seeing.

I noticed that I have the BAR on. I thought I had turned it off initially. Ill try it tonight with it off and hopefully that works. Thanks for the recommendation, and help!

Hey y’all, does the watch drain much overnight if not charging? Left mine on the stand, dropped to 93% after about 6 hours.
