I actually ordered a Black 128GB 7+ this afternoon after finding out the T-Mobile 7 that I preordered thru the Apple Store wouldn't work with my Verizon sim card. So I'm taking the 7 back to Apple and Best Buy shipped the 7+ out today and says it should be here by Monday.
Ordered a 7+ today, and it was shipped TODAY as well?! Go buy a lottery ticket now! You just jumped hundreds of people in line for a 7+!

i'm looking at BB's website and it has some IP7/7+ models available to purchase (they don't ship right away though).

However, for the ones i'm clicking on, the "Buy Device Without A Plan" option is $100 more than the MSRP of the phone.
i.e. - $1069.99 for the IP7+ 256gb instead of $969.99.

anyone seeing this error? (I'm assuming it's an error)

Today at 1:49pm I received two emails from BB – one with their device agreement and the other confirming that I could pick up today. Ordered a 7+ 256gb RG online on 9/10 at 11:45am. I live near the Seattle area.

Still no emails and changes in my BB account. I would like to get that $100 GC from best buy delayed email.

I got another upgrade from 1 of my line in my account. If I use 1 and buy from Apple.com can I cancel it when BB come through or whoever comes first? Apple is 2-3 weeks for 7+ 128 black. Please help. Thanks

Ordered for in store pick up and just got my delay email with $100 gift card. Phone is expected to arrive October 7th and the gift card is valid through 10/16/16.
 
Got the email saying my pre-order for store pickup is delayed until Oct 7 as well, came with the $100 discount on next purchase. Nice gesture but there's nothing I want from them.

Anyone use the code to buy something and then cancel their pre-order afterwards? Do they just charge the full amount of whatever you bought to your credit card?

Just a heads up. Best Buy does not accept cell phone returns past 14 days. For any reason, and it doesn't matter if you are elite or elite plus. Cell phones are an exception to the 30 and 45 day extended rules. The +$100 price you see is not a mistake, it is a markup.

The marked up price can only be matched if you ordered on the website by calling 1-888-237-8289.

Oh well the delayed email finally found my inbox with $100.

Just like almost everyone here can I use the GC and cancel? If not I'm ok waiting since it's about the same time frame with apple 2-3 weeks.
 
No, you cannot. You would be charged the $100 to your original form of payment.

How do you know this? It does not state this anywhere in the terms of the promotional code.
