Best Buy Pre-Order Availability

I was able to get IUP phone yesterday without cancelling my bestbuy order. My bestbuy order still active. Would cancel it tomorrow

Yeah, without a solid date from BB, I gave up and bought a 7+ from Apple. I am keeping my Best Buy preorder just in case they decide to ship it before my return period is up with Apple (not going to happen), since I got the BB phone subsidized. I'll probably just wind up cancelling it and ordering a 7 to sell. Oh well.
 
So I'm thinking of canceling to and finding the phone elsewhere. Was there ever a consensus as to whether or not the $100 code will need to be refunded if you use it and then cancel the order anyways?

We got the same status. Pre-order 9/9 at 12:20 for store pickup. My 1888 status is still "being prepared" but my online BB status is "processing". delayed email with $100gc showed up last 9/16.

I cant do anything but to wait, there is no Apple store near me. If Samsung release the Note7 again with good promo freebies ill jump on that instead of waiting till Nov on this Iphone7.

There's different opinions on the coupon after you cancel. But if you read some pages back multiple people have used the code and canceled with no problems

That's because they take a while to charge you. They will charge your original form of payment 100 dollars

Has his been confirmed? Its been since Thursday or Friday of last week and I have not read about anyone who did cancel and actually used that card being charge and I'm sure there's more than enough people in here to confirm if something came through or not....

I've never gotten a Nov date on anything. I know some were told that when calling customer service. I've never gotten a real person on the other end though. Do you really think it'll be Nov? I'm about 1-1/2 hours from the nearest Apple Store but so far no luck finding the phone I want anywhere within 2 hours drive.

Nope.

I purchased an Apple watch on the preorder. Got a $50 gift card.

Walked into store picked up a watch using the gift card and paid cash.

Cancelled the order, haven't had any "charges"

I cancelled my instore pickup jet black plus preorder with best buy and ordered the 7 jet black att with best buy instead so it ships instead of in store pickup since shipping seems to go faster, my ship date is still Oct 7, but seems the 7s are shipping faster

If this helps, this site checks the entire US Apple Stores for the phone you specified on the search criteria :) In the past years, they have websites that track iPhone stocks at other stores like BB and Target too but I haven't found one that does that this year with the 7s :( But this website helps those who wants to just buy from Apple instead

The iStocknow website pulls the same data as that reserve website :) Just thought its easier to see which stores has what we want for those willing to drive for one :)

I've had luck finding 7 Plus around my area but I need to get it from BestBuy to qualify for Sprint Leasing loyalty customer discounts :(

I am in Dallas, TX and same here. I just get the ready for pickup email. Funny thing was I just reserved a 7+ at the apple store as I was getting tired of waiting. But I will keep my BB order for pickup as that was matte black which I preferred and the apple store was silver.
