We got ours in a few days ago. Checked out a few of them. Didn't think they were bad at all. I'm hoping to get a black Tech21 case for myself lolNice,we got cases in today, they suck lol

Negative,my personal oppionion is hopefully see movement today as they could ship it 2 day delivery. But who knows.Still no movement for ANYONE that ordered online for ship to home?
Gah! BBY better come through on their pre-order, Apple have reopened their store reservations and have the phone I want available to be reserved & picked up on Friday but I can't cancel my BBY order so that better mean it is being fulfilled.
Ah it might be, my current phone is on IUP but am switching back to Next with my BBY order, however if I could get the phone guaranteed I'd likely just take the hard pull on my credit to stay on IUP but I can't cancel this order so I just have to wait it out.I thought that was only for people that are in the IUP? When I go and look it says in store pickup not available for this item. Am I missing something?

I just don't understand why they can't provide simple details like what number you are in the system for your model at your store, how do they plan to use that information to fulfill orders if they don't know it? Also surely by now they should know what inventory they are expecting so a simple cross check should be able to tell if a pre-order will be fulfilled on launch day?
It sounds like all of our orders just automatically lost the option to cancel 5 days before launch day and as such doesn't mean jack, if so I'm not going to be very happy especially now after Apple released more phones for the IUP and I could have got the one I wanted from there.
Did you have an in store pick up or delivery of your iPhone set up?
In store pickup with the thought that deliveries to the store through the usual supply chain would be more efficient (am sure you'll laugh out loud at that) than having to separately ship it out for delivery to home and also so I didn't have to hang around all day at home waiting for UPS or FedEx as our UPS guy has been known to come as late as 10:30pm even outside the holiday season.
IDK guys lol. We don't have that policy in my store, so I'll have my phone out regardless. The customers are just gonna have to deal when I tell them how I got my phone, they can't be mad at me for that.
I didn't buy it through Best Buy so... yeah.
EDIT: It's not like I'm gonna flaunt it in their faces, but I guess there's no air of urgency in terms of hiding my phone so customers can't see it.
That gives me some hope, looks like a lot of the regular 7's are still available to be ordered online so hopefully they have correctly allocated their stock and aren't just CYA'ing. It looks like now for the 7 black 128gb BB is only offering "in store only." And previously every store near me said available pickup on Friday but now within 250 miles no stores have any available.
Exactly. As a manager I literally HAVE to have my phone on me at all times, especially during launch weekend. Anyone upset by that simply because I've got a new device that I PAID FOR OFF COMPANY TIME AND NOT USING ANY COMPANY RESOURCES can shove it.
I respect customers but I do not respect false entitlement

Question for those of you who work at BBY. I assume that all of the phones coming in will go to pre orders first... followed by whatever is left over can go to walk ins?
Pretty much. As the phones come in, they'll be picked for preorder customers first. If we get any extra (non preordered) iPhones in, we can sell those to walk ins
