Oh okay, just trying to decide if I wanna run to the store tomorrow night within like an hour or so of closing to talk and see if I can get any info?
I just don't wanna be a pain in there Butts and annoying them.

Chances of them being able to tell you is slim. If you can talk to a GM and show them proof that you reserved the phone and tell them that if they don't have the phone now your going to go camp at another store the GM may be able to check for you. Don't go to late,that is when everyone is closing and doing go backs the only thing on their mind is to finish and leave.

Well my local best buy closes at 9, what time would be best to go?
Also do I just ask to speak with a manager or how do I go about that?

Go around 730-8. Ask to speak with the manager on duty,and just explain the situation. Asking a mobile employee won't get you far because we have been told to not say anything about how many phones,etc so they won't say anything in fear of three jobs.

Alright thank you...I just don't wanna go and be a dick if I do speak to a manager and they won't tell me.
I just feel like it saying online that I can pick it up on the 25 and than double checking by calling in and being told that I would have it on the 25th, will make me mad if n he says I won't have it or I can't tell you...

I understand. If they know then I don't think there will be a problem with them telling you. Thing is most stores don't know what goes to what yet.

That's what I'm figuring.
According to my att account I am still eligible for an upgrade (guess paying taxes and preorder didn't change that through best buy?)
So if nothing by 7 am Friday I will find myself outside of an att store

currently I know that our AT&T servers are down so pre-orders for AT&T were done as hardware only.
 
Just spoke with bestbuy mobile in las Vegas and apparently the $200 trade in bonus promotion only applies to new customers not who are just upgrading your lines so pretty much unless your switching carriers their promotion doesn't apply and you only get the value what it says online. Anyone works at best buy here seeing if this is really true .

I'm a Best Buy Mobile employee! I believe it's for new activation only, but I'm getting more details soon! I just sent out an email to my GM and should know first thing tomorrow when she wakes up.

thank you ! Ya they told me a lot of different things at first and I know new activation you get a $200 bestbuy gc and also $200 gc for any smart phone but I thought the trade in promo also applies to customers upgrading as well hopefully ,because I gave up my apple preorder just for the best buy promo. Thanks!
 
I was told by BB mobile manager that if I add a new line to my assisting account, then I'll qualify for $200 trade in GC. I have 7 lines not under any contract. So, I'll add one new line then cancel one.

That's what I was planning to do if I couldn't get it was to open a new line and port my number to that line then cancel my line since its out of contract as well but apparently they insisted that this promo is only for new customers as in first time signing up not new lines to your existing plan but they might just saying that since I brought that up but who knows . this my first time doing phone orders with best buy
 
Not a fan of this FAQ from Best Buy regarding iPhone 6s pre-orders. Most notably the first part in regards to fulfillment.

"I never received a notification that my iPhone 6s/6s Plus is ready to be picked up, even though I pre-ordered it?

If you haven't received notification that your iPhone 6s/6s Plus is ready to be picked up it means the store didn't receive enough of the model you pre-ordered to fulfill you pre-order at this time, or they haven't physically reserved your pre-order yet with the inventory they did receive."
 
I am having it shipped.
I've only read of others asking, but no answers.

I thought I'd have a tracking number by now. Until I read this thread....

Isn't that the same with any preorder you get at Best Buy?
 
My online order for shipping changed from "Status: Preordered" to "Status: Your order has been received."
