BestBuy Order Status

I ordered (4) on Best Buy with Nov 3 pick-up date.

Question, if they are delayed will i get the $50 credit on each phone or just $50 overall on total order?

I called but didn’t get the message that they may be delayed. Not sure how you heard that message

FYI its 1-888-237-8289 not 227 Using 227 is a spam type of number. (i realized i was replying to the wrong message but you get the idea) Also my order when I call says there are 2 items , Items being shipped and other items. The items being shipped is obviously the phone which says is still being prepared but the other item is just my plan upgrade which it says is "ready for pickup" however I'm not picking up anything and the phone is being shipped as well so I thought that was a little screwy. Oh well... just more information to obsess collectively 😉

You got better chances of hitting the power ball than getting an iPhone X on release day from BB. 😀

they already prepare

So call 1888 bestbuy and they said >> has been prepare
then you re good to go

dont trust apps or online check cause they didnt accurate

Yup. The last three or four iPhone releases I just wait until the frenzy dies down and then I just walk in at my leisure and pick up a phone. My live goes on as usual and I can wait 3 weeks to a month four a phone. It’s a phone!
 
Did anyone's Best Buy order get cancelled? I just received an email 30 mins ago about my 2 orders were cancelled. I called into Best Buy to figure out the problem but they gave me a bizarre answer. I tried to see if they could reactivate the order for me but they said they can no longer place orders for an unlocked/off contract iPhone X. The rep told me that Apple forced them to stop selling off contract iPhones at their $100 up charge price so all the orders were cancelled. Which really made no sense to me. He told me that if I wanted the iPhone X, I would have to purchase it via a contract. I called BS until I checked the website and saw that the off contract iPhone X is no longer available for purchase.

Anyone else suffering the same problem as me? I know 3 other people who got cancelled. I placed both my iPhone X orders at 2:00am CST on the dot (email confirmation time).

I registered just to tell y'all how much Best Buy sucks with preorders.

I've ordered with them in the past and every single time launch day comes and no phone, no email, no nothing. They will sell phones in store to walk in customers before fulfilling your preorder. Crazy.

I will never make the mistake of ordering through BB again.

Wtf? That’s infuriating. I also ordered mine as a full-price purchase, but it’s still showing 11/10 pickup date. If they cancel I’ll be raising hell...
