Well how come on iOS 7.1.2 I had a 3G toggle? I don't want to be forced to have 3G always on because it decreases standby time and is unnecessary
ios 8 has a newer carrier settings bundle from your carrier most likely where they changed that.

Nothing else to say.

It feels really sluggish on my iPhone 5. Were the beta's like this as well? It looks the same as iOS 7 but it performs way worse. :(

Yeah, I'm familiar with carrier bundles, I just have no idea why any carrier would make you always have 3G enabled. Will have to wait for the iOS 8 jailbreak to correct this, I imagine.

is there supposed to be an icloud app on my homescreen? because i can not find any. and i enabled icloud drive..

Edit: nevermind.. saw another topic about this

Is anyone else having a bug mostly with games where if you go back into a game after having not played it it'll have no sound till you close and re open the app

In VIDEOS > TV SHOWS, the show's art work is not displaying. I just see a grey box. The MOVIES section displays art work as expected.

[/COLOR]i assume this has to be a bug..otherwise, it is a really dumb waste of space on Apple's part

Plenty don't offer that option for whatever reason. Not even sure a hailbreak would do it if the carrier doesn't allow it for some reason.

It was offered through a jailbreak previously. The most confusing thing about the situation is, my iPhone 5 isn't even compatible with Tesco's 4G spectrum

I am right now on my 5. It's fluid both locked and unlocked.

I can record the screen if you'd like?
If you swipe up and down in the today panel, it can't be smooth. I've tried this on the 5, 5c, 4s and 5s they all have it. Record it please. :)

iOS 8 GM
Mac OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 7
iTunes 12

Before updating to iOS 8 my iPhone would show up on my iTunes top bar if connected to power and have "Back-up over Wifi" enable. After iOS 8 update this is no longer the case. iPhone doesn't back-up over wifi anymore and doesn't show up on the iTunes top bar anymore whether it's connected to power or not.

Still sync and back-up if connected to MacBook with lightning cable though

Anyone else?

Same here.

Not sure if this bug has been discussed, but when you close an app, the window disappears, but the icon still remains. Swipe to the side and it goes away.

They are clipped pixels / white pixels scattered around edited photos.
Music app often stops after several songs.
Play controls in Control Center often don't control the apps properly.

I just tested swiping up and down, left and right on the Notification Center both locked and unlocked and both were completely smooth. No difference between locked and unlocked.

Then you're really not paying attention. The FPS is clearly lower and I've tested it on so many devices. Just do a side by side comaprison.

I don't know what to tell you. I don't doubt that you've seen it on multiple devices but there is no difference on my phone whatsoever.
