The business website order page was updated - it's nice not having to constantly paste your order number in every time. Although as I type the site is down again.

The last time I checked my status was still NEW.

I think some business customers when they ordered were late to the punch, hence they said it was not available? My order stated from the email and the order status page that it would ship on the ninth.

There was talk on another thread that they didn't anticipate business sales and are pulling from stock inventory to cover business orders. I find it hard to believe that Verizon only thought regular consumers would order the phone.

I still do not have any shipping information yet though. I'll keep everyone posted if anything on my end changes.

I ordered around 3:45am, and the next day, while other orders were shipping, it read, "This item is not in our warehouse..."

I spoke to one CSR (I took her words with a grain of salt) who said, "Business orders won't be done until the 6th."

Well... it's the 6th and things are rolling, so she may be right. I'm thinking they will ship tomorrow morning and we should have them Tuesday afternoon-ish.
 
That's interesting Fresh. I order at 4:11 yet I never was shown that it was not in stock or at the warehouse. We'll see if the CSR whom you spoke with was right!

I sure hope you're right!!! It would be amazing , you just got me excited again!!!
 
I wonder if several businesses called Verizon and complained about their orders not being in a ship status or not available that Verizon finally made the move to fill the pre orders which would only be fair since the early orders were opened up to businesses as well as consumers.

I know I was doing my fair share, I called on the 3rd and again on the 4th and she was like I see where you called yesterday and the answer is still the same...She wouldn't even listen to me about regular verizon customers saying theirs has shipped...

Sorry. It was actually a conversation someone earlier in this thread had with a CSR, but who knows if this is true or not...

On Friday Rep mentioned that they did not have any 'reserves' for business orders. Based on my online business orders this seems to check out because all of my orders say PRE for an item that is not yet in stock. He seemed to think that they had a reserve qty in the USA for the consumer order's but business orders did not have what he called a "SET-A-SIDE". Will be interesting to see if and when our order status changes and what it changes to.... We may see our units being fulfilled directly from China.
 
The majority of our orders went to Pending - 5 went to completed w/out tracking. I like the update they made so that we can see all order w/out having to type in the order number. This would have been nice to have two years ago - Thanks Verizon.

It's clear that Business Orders were not prioritized - we saw some movement last night so perhaps that means some of these orders will show up before the 9th/10th.


Question about Cases - Any opinions on the best case you can order through Verizon at the Moment? I was all set to just order a dozen or 2 bumper cases but at $29.99 for that tiny piece of plastic - when they were free just a few months ago on AT&T - just could not do it.

My 16GB has been completed - should (hopefully) get my tracking email tomorrow. My 32GB is 2 order numbers after (5416 and 5418), so that should get completed shortly?

As for the case question, I would look into something by Case-Mate, or bite the bullet and do the bumpers.

Where are you only getting a 4 digit order number? Are you just taking the last 4 of your order number starting MB?
 
All of my orders are now showing completed - perhaps Monday we will see some tracking #'s. I logged into our Enterprise Portal and noticed that we have a hand full due to arrive Monday by 10:AM - guessing these are the ones that our REP pulled on Friday.

I went ahead with the bumper, I was looking for the most protection with the slimmest case i could find.. We will see how it goes. Most of the drops i had with my BB were easily protected just by having something on the sides of the device. I also purchased a Zagg front screen protector for it also.

PS, all our orders are "Completed" now, hoping we get a shipping notice tonight or early tomorrow!
 
For those of you that have gone completed - what are the last 4/5 digits of your order number? For those that are on PRE - what are the last 5? I'm NEW but the last 4 of mine are 9145
 
My numbers were off in my post earlier.

16GB (5814) - COMPLETE
32GB (5816) - NEW

I still have faith that they will be on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon.
 
Yeah, my 32GB is still listed as NEW.

Time to pass out, but here's to hoping they ship within the next 12 hours!

You're probably not happy about it, but that makes me feel better. Interestingly the one that's still NEW was ordered at 3:15 AM and the one that says COMPLETED was ordered around 6:00 PM on the 3rd.

It could have been a shortage of 32GB iphones that they couldn't fill the orders at the same time. From other poll threads seems more people are ordering the 32GB than the 16GB.

Yeah, I don't know. Both of mine are actually 16GB. I don't know what's going on. As long as they both show up by the 10th I'll be happy, although it would be nice to see them a little earlier. Who knows?
