I called and got a great CSR. She knew I called earlier, but could understand my excitement and was more than willing to help me out. I told her about all the status changes on the website, so she did some digging in her system - mine came up COMP HOLD. 2 other reps there next to her said that is the final step before it ships. She did say it is slated to be shipped today, and will get a shipping number when it goes. She said not to worry - everythign looked good on their end. So maybe if you can find out if you have that status it might help!

I hope this is the case with me because he did have to go and check with someone else, not 100% sure about what, but he did say that vzw messed up something on their end but that it will be here. But I am counting on him since he said that I will have it tomorrow. I just don't like being in the dark about everything. And hopefully if something did go wrong that he will get one out for me today regardless.

In any event all of our Accessory orders show complete and all show tracking numbers. All of our business I-Phones are still complete w/out tracking #'s - It appears they are still sitting on these orders. If they had shipped I don't see why they would update the system so I have to guess that they are still unable to fulfill the orders.

He said that it has been billed so if they can't fulfill the order they need not bill me...I really hope that they in fact will be shipping one since it has been billed. Although I cannot see where anything extra has been charged but I don't really know where to look either.
 
Talked to a CSR Supervisor around 4 PM EST. Had 1 phone out of 5 still showing NEW and then CANCELLED. After a nuclear meltdown, Supe reinstated the phone to PENDING and said it would not "lose it"s place in the Queue". had him double check my other orders and he said they have all shipped despite the fact that the order status shows COMPLETED but no tracking data. he gave me the ACE and location numbers but I couldn't parley them into any tracking info on Fedex or UPS.
 
I just called the business support line and talked to a CSR, she checked the order and came back with yep i see an order and there no shipping info, then got the "if its an iphone preorder then your not supposed to get it until the 9th or 10th". Me: Oh really? so everyone else got theirs today.. Her: really?! wow?! Me: yep, there are thousands of people out there that have received theirs today. Her: ok, well let me check one more place. She comes back from a hold and has a tracking number for me! Unfortunately only 1 of the three have a tracking number though. The one order I do have a tracking number for was the first order I placed.

Oh well, we will see how tonight shakes out but so far I will be getting one tomorrow!
 
12 on order, late yesterday their statuses went from Pre to Completed, i think that means it's packed, waiting for fedex to slap a label on the boxes, right?
 
I really don't see how I am getting my phone tomorrow. I have been told by 2 different people it is getting shipped today. It is already 6:40 eastern, and I highly doubt this thing will arrive at my office tomorrow. I will be shocked if it does. Still PENDING, no tracking number, no email. Based on a poster a couple above, did they give you your tracking number without you being able to locate it on the website?
 
I really want to the see the iPhone get into enterprise. It has so much potential, especially synced with an iPad as well.
I really hope Apple allows businesses do something about this, because then i'd take an iPhone instead of a BlackBerry for business anytime.

Yep, the portal still does not show any shipping info or tracking number. I had to call them and she looked in two different spots and finally found a tracking number. Good luck, I know its frustrating!

My order status was complete since yesterday, still no tracking number. I called up Verizon, talked to a CSR, and she texted me my tracking info. It just got picked up a couple minutes ago, should be here tomorrow! So if you're having troubles, I'd say call Verizon and talk to someone, hopefully that will help. There are all these horror stories of awful CSRs, but I've got to hand it to Verizon that every time I've talked with them LATELY they've been wonderful. Maybe I'm just lucky xD
 
I will be surprised if they mine show up tomorrow. All of mine have been completed since Friday but that's it -- no further updates. I thought being Monday we would see some updates to the order status but nada.
 
I would say its a 'hair' better than "Pending" or "Pre" but still not as good as your local Joe Shmoe "COMSUMER" who received his iphone(s) Today :eek:

In my experience orders on the version site go from Completed to Shipping nearly auto magically. The only time that I have seen a hiccup between Completed and Shipping was due not having any for fulfillment.

Mine says "COMPLETED" so I have no idea what that means.
 
Iphone Order - Business Accounts

I took the advice of others and called Customer Service. I chatted with one great CSR who at first told me that iphone will not be sent out until the 9th. Then I told him about all of the ones being recieved by others. So he started digging other systems but unfortunately I got disconnected. So I called back and got the same thing from the next CSR. He told me that about 100,000 got shipped by accident but they were not suppose to ship until the 9th. He kept saying even when these were delivered they would not be able to activate. Wrong again. One of the adjacent agents heard what he was saying and told him he was wrong about the activation. I wish the first guy would have called me back after we got disconnected. My order is shown as complete and I completed my order at 4:14am on the 3rd. I started at 3am and after 3 tries, I finally got the order completed at 4:14am. So I guess I will have to wait and be patient and wait until the 10th.

Update - 2/8 - 8 AM EST - Just checked my status this morning and I have a tracking number. My phone is in Memphis and will be delivered tomorrow by 3PM. Hurrah!!!!! So much for what many of the CSRs are telling people - ship on the 9th or 10th - WRONG!.

Talked to a third CSR just now. She saw my order and it has still not processed. I asked if there was a problem with business accounts not getting phones and she told me that I was luck to be able to go through the online portal and order one, because she was told business customers were not allowed to order until the 9th anyway. I don't know if this is a load of bull or not. I told her there were many that got theirs, and she said if you ordered early on the 3rd that was the case. When I told her my order was at 4:11am, she seemed puzzled. She opened my order and said it would be processed and shipped by the 9th like the order states. I guess I have no choice but to wait it out.

Meanwhile, the business side as we know was slow to get going and by then the server was slammed. Hope its shipping and just poor server updates. I also noticed the Verizon "My Account" system will be down from 9:00pm PST until 11:15 PST, maybe they're going to add all of our tracking numbers?

I finally finished email tag with my CSR about the hold on my account. The emailing ended with, "Please approve this and I can proceed." Naturally, I emailed her back and am assuming the ball is FINALLY rolling.

My 16GB still says COMPLETED, but my CC has not been charged. Maybe this downtime will be what we're looking for. At this rate, I'm prepared to wait until next Monday for my phone.

Some CSR's have been extremely helpful in this headache, but for the most part, the communication between the higher-ups and the customers has been pretty piss poor (excuse the alliteration).
 
All 4 of my orders show as completed. After I saw all the people receiving theirs toddy I called up VZW and the rep told me that they would all be shipping today but he was unable to provide me with shipping info... We will see.
