The CSR do seem to be getting nicer...but still not much info. I called and spoke with two different guys yesterday and had somewhat better luck the 2nd time. As I said earlier the first guy I talked to said something about VZW making an error but that everything is fine now and the phone will be here on Tuesday, but the error delayed my phone shipping. The second guy I talked to saw that the 1st had made notes about an error but said he had no idea what he was referring to, he even tried to get in contact with him and his supervisor but of course nothing. Long story short I was on the phone with him for a good 30 mins and he said that my phone was sent to FEDEX either Saturday or yesterday and they are just waiting on tracking but that I will definitely get it before Thursday. He sent me an email with all of his info to contact him if I dont get phone or tracking info today. So we will see what today brings. I like that they are being more helpful but I'm starting to feel like I'm going in circles.
