The CSR do seem to be getting nicer...but still not much info. I called and spoke with two different guys yesterday and had somewhat better luck the 2nd time. As I said earlier the first guy I talked to said something about VZW making an error but that everything is fine now and the phone will be here on Tuesday, but the error delayed my phone shipping. The second guy I talked to saw that the 1st had made notes about an error but said he had no idea what he was referring to, he even tried to get in contact with him and his supervisor but of course nothing. Long story short I was on the phone with him for a good 30 mins and he said that my phone was sent to FEDEX either Saturday or yesterday and they are just waiting on tracking but that I will definitely get it before Thursday. He sent me an email with all of his info to contact him if I dont get phone or tracking info today. So we will see what today brings. I like that they are being more helpful but I'm starting to feel like I'm going in circles. :confused:
 
Same here. My 32GB is still listed as PENDING, which is starting to annoy me. If both phones do not ship by the time I get out of class today (around noon), I will be pretty pissed off. I feel like I've been forgotten entirely, as I don't even have a pending charge on my CC.
 
Orders Shipped

All of our orders have now shipped. The very first order i placed shipped yesterday the other two ones that were ordered later shipped early this morning.

Called CSR again. Got a great person this time and she found the comp hold was due to a problem billing the phone to the account. She notated something, closed the screen, and when she came to the main screen found a shipping number. Was sent out this morning. All in all, a fiasco but still glad to be getting before the general public.

I believe mine have as well. I actually only got a tracking number for one, but using the order number from the other I was able to find the tracking info for the other as well. On schedule to be here tomorrow, but a snow storm just started that's not supposed to stop until sometime tomorrow, so we'll see.
 
Good News: 4 of the 5 phones ordered were picked up by Fedex in Memphis early this morning and are now showing delivery for 2/9 by 3 PM. I ordered a little after 1 PM on the 3rd (don't ask).
Bad News: The 1 phone that the computer cancelled and I got reinstated with "no loss of your queue space" is still showing PENDING with no tracking number yet.

How did you use the order number to get the tracking data? Are you referring to the MB + 8 digit number?

No, not the MB number. Look on one of your other FedEx tracking pages and look at the Reference #. That's the location code followed by the order number. It looks like MXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXX with the first set being the location code and the second set being the order number. I was able to get the order number from a CSR over the phone and used it to track by reference number on the FedEx site. A few minutes after I did that I called CS again and they were able to give me a tracking number for that shipment and it matched.

And what is funny is that if you look at the FedEx detail it shows they were picked up BEFORE the shipping data was received by FedEx.

Same as other folks -- All of our orders shipped this morning from Memphis which is a bit odd since they originally showed in SCAL. Looks like all of the info in the system was "BOGUS" until this morning's update. In any event all of the phones that we ordered from our Enterprise Rep showed up yesterday - over 50 32's. Today we have approx 25 coming from Memphis to be delivered late tomorrow. 48 hours later than Consumer/Retail is not the end of the world but I expected a bit more from Verizon.
 
Through the headache I've gone through, I was seriously considering canceling my 32GB order and switching that line to AT&T. Running around through different CSR's telling me different things, communicating via email to try and resolve a matter that wasn't getting resolved.

My 16GB finally shipped and will be here tomorrow by 3pm. The 32GB was not showing in their system, and my CSR had to do some digging to find out where it was/what was wrong. Once she finally found it, she again asked me to authorize a pricing change, which should have been done via email.

Assuming it actually gets processed this time, maybe it will ship tomorrow.
 
Finally, I have tracking info. Of course my order still shows as pending but at least it has shipped. One thing that frustrated me the most is it seems like each CSR that you talk to will give you a different answer and I still had people today denying that anyone was getting their iPhone before the 10th. I was ready to cancel this order completely.

Lol, the more horror stories I read, the more I want to wait and let the bugs get worked out.

Edit: That's not true at all, btw, I want my $)!#($@&)ing phone now ;)
 
I was going to ask the same thing -- If you ordered via the Business Portal then you are the first one that I have heard about receiving - Congrats... If not then you are in the wrong thread :cool:

From what I have seen on both this forum and VZW's - the Business orders were held and shipping out of good 'OLE' TN.


Mine just arrived. Had a little tiny bit of a hard time getting it activated. Other than that, no problems - up and running perfectly :)
 
I am a business customer...mine finally shipped out today and should be here tomorrow...so business accounts finally getting shipped
 
I am indeed a business customer. Mine came from Memphis. Perhaps I got lucky? I visited an apple store today and the guy told me I had the first activated Verizon iPhone in the store. It came through FedEx, don't know if that means anything to anyone. Just after noon this morning.
