Seeing as this thread is mostly Canadians - for WoW, what is the monthly fee for Canadians? Any word if Future Shop will be selling the prepaid cards I heard about, or are those just for Americans? (sort of like the stupid iTUNES MUSIC STORE)
 
Watch Apple put a big blurb on the iTMS main page...

"WILL THE MEMBERS OF MACRUMORS PLEASE STOP REFRESHING THE SCREEN SO WE CAN UPDATE THE STORE"

AGREED. Back to homework. Some one set off a flare or something if it opens. I out until Midnite Pacific time.

Don't lose hope just yet... after all, they did wait until only 45 minutes ago to update the US store, and that's not even complete yet. There are still people working down at Apple apparently.

Crazy theory, but is it possible that they're waiting until late to open the store so there isn't a mad rush of people hitting it all at once? Only the fanatics will be up this late waiting for the store to open. Maybe they were afraid that if they had opened it first thing it this morning, there would have been a mad rush that would have crippled the servers or something...I don't know :)

By the way disregard my last post. It seems that iTMS is being quite erratic and I will refrain from posting every since little behaviour change unless it is significant.

I don't know, but I'm starting to side with the "Oh grea, another date missed by Apple" people than the "SURPRISE! And all the songs are free on the site for one day since it's late" people.
 
Nope nope, i was asking if Futureshop would be selling WORLD OF WARCRAFT prepaid cards (it was my fault for posting off-topic). But I wouldn't doubt Futureshop ending up selling the iTunes cards - doesn't BestBuy sell them now even though they have their own music store too? Once the numbers come back for that amazing Bonfire music download service of Futureshop's, they'll change their mind and see the light - start refusing to sell PCs and any MP3 players other than the iPod.
