Yes, you're right. I'm only arguing about the dictionnary definition of stealing. But that's because people keep saying copying music is stealing when in fact it's not: it's piracy.
And as I said in my post (if you'd bother reading it all before sending an angry response), both theft and piracy are illegal, immoral and remove compensation for people's works.

The single entry point struck me as a bad idea (was it a week ago?) when the endless loop started, locking out most of the non iTMS endowed countries, but the bad interface seems to add insult to injury (trying out that phrase for effect).
The "Choose Store" menu used to be on all main iTMS pages :
