Still No iTMS Canada...

I can, however, enter the stores of other countries, something I couldn't do for the past week.
I see the "Don't They Know It's Christmas" has silently appeared on the front page of the iTMS UK at 1.58 pounds!
 
Yeah of last NZ has been having some freak whether. its hot one day then today it was freezing thanks to some storm that came in from the Southern Ocean (skiped passed Tasmania and hit us)

Thats what I did. On a related note, Natalie is the one who is quote in the Globe and Mail article as saying "It's still November; we'll launch in November."

I wouldn't have the heart to do that. I'm sure there are enough people getting yelled at already. And poor Natalie...I mean...she was just passing along the info that was provided to her...not her fault.

Maybe then we should send emails of support to Natalie..
I do know what it is like to be in a position like that and make a statement that was given to you from higher up the food chain, yet if something happens you are the one blasted on the net as you are the one that made the quote.. So Natalie if you are reading this site..

I clicked on the Choose Store button in iTMS and Ireland was listed, not Canada.

I then clicked it and i was redirected to the same page but without the Ireland flag on there.


This is very weird!!!!
 
congratulations Canada, you have shown a big interest on Apple and the iTMS , we will be happy to offer you the store, someday during the week of some year ... Steve & co. but we will lunch it with the Dualcore Dual processor G5 PB ... Soon! (Read: Next tuesday) :p

I never said lambaste Natalie and Tom, I said get in touch with them. Personally, I sent them a respectful note mentioning that that had missed their self-imposed dead-line and asked them to let their Canadian customers know when we can realistically expect to see the iTMS.

At this point we don't know whose fault it is. I figure these two people should at least be responsible to let us know why the promised date was missed, and what's being done to remedy the situation.

after the yes & no of the iTMS in some countries, you want the crowd to stay here, let it just happen... actually my only hope is the one-european-store ... I want to buy music from other countries and I can't from Germany :mad: ... Steve, I have sent more than 20 suggestions about this...

ohh, adamjc, I almost knew it you wanted to refresh the thread but this thread is becoming a good friend of the "Next tuesday" trend...
 
Well what can i say, i just stayed up a bit to see the reactions of people when the canadian store was announced, but all for nothing.

Im off to bed now, tired and gotta wake up early in the morning.

You probably just never clicked on the right button - that's always worked for me (I'm in CH).

BTW: EU Stores are online again: no changes whatsover. Seems to have been a technical problem. Maybe some angry iTMS-less Swiss DoSd them (yes, that was a joke and no, I'm not planning on doing such a thing).

Well something better happen today...either the opening of the store, or at least a statement from Apple saying "okay, we f***ed up" (right).
