Here are some pics of the case with the black carboard that it came with just to give u guys an idea of what it would look like on a black phone. Honestly I dont think it will look too milky on the black because the phone has a glossy paint and will show up more than cardboard.

Thank you for the pics. Definitely doesn't look like I thought it would with the black phone. I think I'm gonna go with the black case.
 
Just received my replacement White case and its a perfect fit.
no sag on the bottom.

i ask for the exchange on 7/28 and got it 8/2. pretty good service considering the delivery method was usps from west coast to east coast.
 
Looks like there are enough White Artic pics up.

Just a question for all you other arctic owners, do you notice that putting on the plastic part of the case scratches up the softer part of the case? Obviously that's not a problem visually for anyone who has an opaque case/plastic part. It's really annoying to see though the imperfections of the back of the case. I'm wondering whether this was a design error or just something they forgot to mention, like the two dots.
 
I just bought the Devil case and I'm wondering, can we use skins such as Invisible Shield, BSE, or Bodyguards? Will it fit?

I did email them and this is what they said

"The VisionClip is design for original iPhone only. We don't have
VisionClip for the new iPhone 3G at the moment. Our website will be
updated once new products are launched. "


I think I might just buy one and see if it works.
 
After just over a week of waiting, I finally received my black case with a droopy bottom, showing a good portion of chrome on the bottom, and it doesn't even fit snug on the upper left hand side of the case, revealing a bit of chrome there too, brilliant...

Email them and they will ship you a replacement, mine isn't here yet so I can't comment on the difference myself.

That's not good. They are aware of the problem, yet still sending out cases with the problem. Did you order it directly from Switcheasy?:confused:

I just ordered mine around 6pm yesterday (sunday). It's already been shipped! I'm just hoping i don't get a droopy bottom. Ordered from Switcheasy.
 
Nope, SwitchEasy don't deliver here, I got it from a reseller "AppleProStore", I've contacted them and awaiting reply about refund. I can't be arsed to wait another week for something that may or may not have exactly the same issue. I'm gonna start looking for another case.
 
dropped by iphone today while getting out of my suv onto concrete.

my iphone survived!!! no scratch, dents or cracks. unfortunately my Switcheasy case took a bit of abuse.

my guess would be that the resellers like this have stock from the first batches and may still have bad stock or possibly not even be aware of there being an issue yet. hopefully switcheasy isn't still sending bad cases themselves
 
That's why I opted for the refund, they also want me to pay for the shipping charges which I think is out of order. Especially as they charged me £5.95 for shipping, and on the box it states that the costs for shipping were less than $5, so they've got twice the shipping costs in profit already, and the money I have to spend to return it I lose. So I've lost out here big time, I'd recommend UK people not bother buying this case from these guys, too much hassle.
 
I got another email from switcheasy

"It will fit, but It is not design to work with the new case. Hard to
take it in and out, but somehow still fits, we not recommending it.

He said it would fit so ima go for it :D
