Carphone Warehouse UK iPhone X Order Updates.

I got a DPD tracking number but when i click it there is no details on it

It says they will be in touch soon with a date and time, so i still dont have too much faith. Hope i am wrong

I am from NI. I haven’t had the DPD email but it was showing in the app as being enroute to DPD depot in Bandbridge. Now it’s disappeared completely from the app and I hadn’t the sense to screen shot the parcel number either

That’s why I felt the need to post due to the conflict of info, seeing people that ordered after me receiving theirs tomorrow so wondering how they allocate them etc, very confusing

Just got the email from CPW saying my order is dispatched! it includes my tracking number too, it does say "We'll be in touch with a delivery date and time soon." but as its dispatched im sure its tomorrow

Its 64gb space grey
 
I wonder if they're being allocated by region? It can't be order of pre-orders made because late pre-orders are getting dispatch emails before early birds...

It all depends on what colour and size you ordered.
 
I just got my dispatch notice from CPW but the DPD tracking number says it was a delivery already made to someone else in April!

SG 64GB order 8:30 Friday

Mine doesn't link to anything yet but dpd usually does that until you get an email from them or a text
 
Just got an email from CPW, its been dispatched apparently :) This is for home delivery, Silver 64GB ordered at 8.39

The tracking number doesn't seem to work yet though.
 
I ordered 2 x Silver 256gb at 2pm last Friday. I've just had my dispatched email.

That's all good you might think, BUT I've just clicked on the link and it says the package has been signed for and delivered TODAY to an address in Glasgow! (I'm in Lancashire)

Has anyone else actually clicked on the link in the email?
 
I have just got my dispatch email too with my DPD tracking number so looks im on for home delivery tomorrow. Just so you guys know I ordered 256gb SG at 10:10AM

Is yours being delivered to you or a store?

Is this with the DPD Ireland app? Does it get your deliveries from your email address, since there's no tracking number?

Similar thing with mine when i checked, says it was delivered on Friday the 7th of April,..

I've just had my dispatch email from CPW now, as of 5 minutes ago.

Ordered at 10:25 on 27/10, Space Grey 256GB, home delivery. I had been previously told that my order was showing for delivery on the 10th. So basically, don't believe anything you're told anywhere - but hold out for a dispatch email. If you don't get one by late tonight it would be safe to assume at that point that it's not coming.
 
It is terrible how this all went, I was told today 3 different things, live chat got it right and said it was dispatched today but twitter said the 10th of november and when calling they also said the same.

So it seems the customer support dont really have any idea as mines been dispatched now and got the email

You ordered about the same time as me, and I've just had a dispatch email, so keep checking your email...
