Has anyone who has store delivery (I can see from the tracking link that DPD delivered my order to store yesterday) received an email from CPW to pick-up the iPhone X yet? I'm still waiting. So close, yet so far!
I was told in store yesterday to just turn up on opening as it's already there. Just gotta get through this lecture now and I'll be on my way
Just picked my phone up from the Apple Store in Gateshead. Had a reservation for 8:00am and turned up about half an hour early, got straight in and upgraded my iPhone 7 on the iUP no bother. Also props to the Apple Store for giving us free coffee and donuts whilst waiting in line!

Mine did that. My 8:30 - 10:30 delivery didn’t update in the app until about 9:00. Was delivered at 9:45.

No stock for walk in customers at my local CPW store. They had 1 demo unit but no units to sell!
Well done all. Just messaged CPW to be told delay on order. Same guy told me yesterday scheduled for 3red November... cancelled. Hate shocking cuspmter service and this has been shocking for me (I know you guys got decent service). Ordered through Apple with 3-4 weeks delivery. Tried John Lewis this morning but their website crashed and now sold out. Ho hum. You live and learn I guess. Enjoy what looks to be a fantastic phone .
