How do you know this? the 64GB X SG is still 3rd November delivery on the website, I've bought silver 256 though.

How do you get your fulfillment date?
 
I think if you buy online and pay online but pickup in store it’s treated as an online transaction and falls within the normal distance selling laws. If you order online and pay in store then it’s as if you purchased in store.

256 Silver won’t be on the 3rd he told me earlier on chat it’s not arriving in time and will be delivered on the 10th...

Well thats not what I keep being told, ordered first thing on Friday and fulfilment and delivery date are the 3rd.

Yes and I had that too then today a so called "Dillen" told me its showing on his system that Apple's stock of that model isn't until the 10th despite me telling him 3 of the reps told me it would be the 3rd
 
Far as I can see, ‘Mystic Meg’ (remember that), would be as reliable when it came to accurate information regarding delivery times. CPW giving out to many mixed responses

Or maybe as you changed the colour you missed the first batch of 3rd silver, chat, twitter and phone keep telling me the 3rd.
 
I ordered in store as soon as it opened (so around 10.05 AM) and was told to collect it on the 3rd. Confirmed this on call with cust care also. However, i know this is just what their system says and it could change anytime. Ordered a 64gb space grey. Fingers crossed :)

Which is bad of them because I asked her on the phone and told her to confirm me changing that I won't lose my 3rd place and she said I wouldn't... either way if I can get one from JL my CPW is going despite them holding my funds

Don’t trust a word they say and it was pretty risky changing the colour of your phone such late game. Especially since you did this after hearing that the space grey wasn’t shipping until the 10th. :/

I had space grey for 3rd I changed it to silver lol, doesnt matter I'll see what I can do if not I just wait

Going to ring tomorrow because i'm not happy that full amount has been taken when they cant even give me a delivery date, guy on chat just told me the sale is still "open" so he cant give me an exact date!
 
According to a web chat a few moments ago, my 64gb SG is set for delivery on Friday.

Ordered at 8:03am on 27th.
First email at 8:04am.
Second email at 9:35am.
Money taken on the day too.
