Apps CARROT Weather's customizable complications

Yep, will be doing a few things with it soon, though this is definitely the slow time of every year - everything starts to pick back up after Apple's WWDC conference in the spring.
Not that familiar with the app since I just got it but how can I see Carrot complications I created in Carrot app in Apple Watch? I'm not seeing the Watch face. I have premium also. I did sync it but does it really take 30 min just to sync Watch face?
Hmm, did you add the complication to your watch face yet? You can do so from the Watch app on your iPhone, or by pressing hard on your watch face and tapping the "customize" button that appears.
Yeah never mind figured it out. I thought complication wasn't updating since the icons just showing generic Carrot icon, but when I actually selected it showed what I had customized.
Out of curiosity, which temp was correct?

TWC and WU should be the same: they are the same company. Not sure about Weatherbug.
Chicago's tough due to the lake. Weather stations a mile apart can have temp differences of 10+ degrees at times due to lake influence.
Somehow the "feels like" option was set to ON, which causes the little complications to show the feels like temp. The reason I didn't think to check that, was because I never switched it to ON. No clue how it happened, but once I turned it back to OFF, the complication shows the true temperature now.
I'm on iOS 10.1.1 and watchOS 3.1 and I am unable to sync the app with the watch. It works fine on my phone but doesn't show up in the list of apps under the watch app. Do I have to update to iOS 10.3 to get it to install on the watch or am I doing something wrong?
That's weird that it's not showing up in the Watch app at all - the app is compatible with iOS 10.0 and above and watchOS 3.0 and above. Try restarting both your iPhone and your Apple Watch.
I tried that. Reset the watch as well thinking that would get it to show up but no luck so far.
Does the watch complication only show on the watch after paying the yearly sub?
