Hello here is the basis of the inquiry,

• Current apple ID lets call it; ZMacintosh@blah.com is no longer accessible/usable so need to switch
• New Apple ID (will use) JohnnyAppleseed@me.com

I'm having to re-purchase most of my content, so no big deal but my main question is I'm signed into my Macs, iPhone and iPad using the original Apple ID ZMacintosh@blah.com.

I have signed out of messages, FaceTime, iTunes, de-authorized, turned off FileVault, Signed out of iCloud, Apple pay, etc. Removed all the Apps and content that were used with the former Apple ID

Can I simply sign into iCloud, Messages, iTunes, etc with the new JohnnyAppleseed@me.com on these devices without it interfering or causing an issue with the previous Apple ID? i.e.; the old apple id will somehow still be inherent on the Macs or iPhones?

OR do I need to completely restore these devices from the ground up?

Any tips or advice?

Thank you
