Log into your Apple account and go to your orders. You should see a "Questions about this order?" toward the top right of the order.There is no chat option for me to choose from??
Also are we paying in the store when we pick up the device or charge in advance?
[doublepost=1473457467][/doublepost]Was on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes. The person at Apple changed it without an issue! I have the AT&T Next installment plan (upgrade after 12 months). I would still recommend changing the billing address on AT&T! I did ask about this, and she just stated that since it wasn't preventing her from changing the shipping address, so she was just going to go ahead and do it. I saw the change reflected on the website immediately.
